The inverted floor plan has a top floor with one master-bedroom suite with king bed, kitchen with granite and full features, and two living areas, one that offers wide open views and a smaller den area for a quieter spot to read, play a game or watch a movie. The lower level features another master suite with a king, a second bedroom with a king and a third bedroom with twin beds. Dual zone heat/air conditioning allows different setting on each floor. On the ground level you have an enclosed outside shower with dressing area and hot/cold water.
Holden Beach is a quaint, quiet, family beach located on the southern shores of North Carolina. The beach has been recognized as a top beach by USA Today and National Geographic Smart Travel Magazine and received National Healthy Beach status by NHBC, which rates beaches based on environmental qualities and services.
The beach is also located approximately 35 miles from both Wilmington, NC and Myrtle beach, SC, making trips for shopping and entertainment easy.

For virtually any non-prime season week, this home can be rented as a package with a virtually new 5-bedroom elevator-serviced home located next door, for a total sleeping capacity of 18 in nine bedrooms (22 including pullouts). Have some family members or friends that might like to come along but want a little separation for some extra quiet and relaxation, rent both homes together! And the 5-bedroom has an elevator which may be perfect for an elderly couple or someone that has difficulty with stairs.
