Two Bedrooms ( 2BR ), One Bathroom ( 1BA ). Sleeps Six Comfortably - Queen Bed downstairs, Two Twin Beds and Two Double Beds in large dormitory style upstairs bedroom.
Cyclists can enjoy the winding, open roads that include 5 foot-shouldered, well maintained bicycle routes.
Anglers can enjoy the abundance of well stocked lakes and rivers. There is great fishing right off your dock. Fishing maps and directions provided.

This rustic, Adirondack-style seasonal lake front camp has been recently restored close to it’s original condition but with the addition of ceiling fans throughout. The bathroom and kitchen have been remodeled to be more in-line with today‘s customs. An open lean-to is available to store bikes and toys. This property is located within the southwestern portion of the Adirondack State Park eight miles from Route 12 (one hour north of Utica, or one hour south of Watertown, New York).
The lake camp is surrounded by tall pines, ferns and blueberry bushes and overlooks beautiful Brantingham Lake‘s North Bay. The screen porch, dining area and family room are warmly lit by the morning sun. There’s plenty of seating on the porch, an over-sized dining table is great for family board games (included), and the cozy family room includes cable TV/ VCR/ DVD. The remodeled kitchen has plenty of counter space and is fully-equipped including a gas stove, microwave oven, and all cooking and eating utensils. The bathroom has a modern shower, no tub. The downstairs master bedroom includes a Queen Bed and is located directly across from the bathroom. The upstairs dormitory style bedroom has a grouping of two Twin Beds and a grouping of two Double Beds.
A gradual sloping stairway leads you down from the front screened porch to your private beach, dock and sandy-bottomed swimming area. A picnic table, plenty of seating and fire pit are located on the beach. A Canoe and Life Vests are provided. Brantingham Lake is underground-spring fed - it's water is reknown for its high quality. The Brantingham community organization monitors and maintains these high standards of excellence.
There are many local, well-maintained hiking, mountain biking, cycling, horseback riding, and ATV trails. Our extensive information packet includes maps, reference materials for day hikes, fishing, canoeing excursions and other outings. Bring your fishing gear! There is great fishing in Brantingham Lake and local streams; both indigenous and stocked varieties. Smallmouth, largemouth, and rock bass, lake trout, brown trout, bullhead, pickerel, walleye, and yellow perch thrive in these waters. A canoe and kayak are provided. The boat launch is less than 1 mile away. Brantingham Golf Course is four miles away. We have four restaurants within 3 miles from the camp.

- Kid Friendly : Kids love it up here! The beach front is large and sandy. The slope of the water is gradual. Boats are provided along with maps to explore the lake. We have an extensive information packet with directions to 5 waterfalls (some in which can be used for swimming), local stores so you don't get lost and a list of current activitties. We have loons, eagles, bears and the MILKY WAY with more stars than you ever have seen in your life. There's tons of trails and lots of outdoor stuff to do. There's a water park about 1.25 hours away, but why go there? It's crowded with people and long lines and the water isn't as clean.
- Minimum Age Limit for Renters : Guests must be 25 years or older if not accompanied by a responsible 25 year old guest. Exceptions are younger married couples.

We stayed at Bay View last week. It was a great vacation. The cottage is small, but very comfortable. The owners made sure we had everything we needed. The beach area is great! The lake is beautiful and the people were all very friendly.
