All 3 bedrooms with private baths open on to the 60' long west facing deck. To the east are breathtaking views of the Atlantic Ocean and the house is surrounded by 2 acres of lush gardens and a colorful array of foliage. There is a very spacious open living room/dining room/kitchen layout with comfortable furnishings. The house is equipped with free WIFI service, easily accessible with your iphone or laptop.
On the lower level is a studio apartment with a king size bed, full kitchen, full bath, dining- living area, TV and patio. Walk right out into beautiful gardens with ocean views. Perfect for those who want privacy and a separate unit from the rest of the family members. WIFI service is also accessible on this level.
House manager will assist guests with arrival and departures and answer any questions or problems that might arise. This is a terrific vacation villa, perfect for families, families with extended families, or groups of friends.
