  We had a very nice time the home was very comfortable.... The only draw back I had was the kitchen equipment. Pots and pans and knives were very worn. But my family and I are cooks we don't go out much for dinner. The restaurant were all very close . For that matter everything was close. We enjoyed our stay and made things work.

  Recommended for: Families with teenagers, girls getaway, adventure seekers, sightseeing.

  our family of 5 enjoyed a great week of skiing. Our rental home was wonderful. The location was great to get to the 4 ski areas. The photos were fairly accurate but the fireplace did not work and we did not want to fiddle with it. It would have been nice to have had its use since that was part of the house. We felt that we clearly kept it in good shape, I even did a load of dishes in the washer ., however, we never received a response from the owner about returning our security deposit. It was a fair amount , I believe. Maybe we misunderstood that procedure . I would still recommend the property again to friends.

  Best way to check out the Cottonwood resorts and close enough for a day trip out to the Park City ones.

  The place was clean, the location was great and the information and help was terrific. For the price this place is worth every penny! We were at Snowbird in 15 minutes max and skiing in 30-45 minutes. We had a list of restaruant recommendations and when we had an issue the property manager was quick to respond. We used the sauna both nights and it was a nice way to relax the muscles. This place would have been even better with a hot tub or grill outside. The washer and dryer are nice and functioning. They even had laundry and dishwasher detergent provided. I would stay here again for another epic Snowbird weekend!

  I highly recommend this vacation rental. It has all the comforts of home, and then some. The fireplace provided a greatplace to warm up, add atmosphere and even dry our wet ski clothes. The sauna and downstairs bar was an added bonus. The kitchen is fully outfitted. I will definitely be a repeat customer.

  We really enjoyed our stay at this house! The owners really went out of their way to make our stay enjoyable and stress-free. The house is right near the shuttle bus (about a 2min walk), which will take you to all nearby resorts. The owners supply you with bus schedules, advice on nearby restaurants, grocery stores and ski rental places. The bar, lounge and sauna downstairs provided a great place to hang out after a long day on the slopes. The house was well appointed and taken care of. We had a great time and will be back! Thanks!

  Had a great time and enjoyed our stay. The home is very clean and could easily accomodate 10 people, although our group was only 5. I utilized the SLC bus service to Alta/Snowbird every morning to reach a meeting at 7 AM and it was awesome; on time and reasonable. Plus, it is only a 2-3 minute walk from the townhome. Overall, a very positive experience.

  We really enjoyed our stay. Had awesome sunshine the first two days we skied and more than enough new powder the last two days. The shuttle worked well for me since I had meetings every morning from 7 until 9 AM. Very prompt and with gasoline prices, quite reasonable. Again, thanks for sharing your home with us!! Ed T.
