Welcome to our home! - Ocean Lakes Vacation Rental Site 1481 Mermaid Lane Tastefully decorated. This two bedroom, two bath unit features a large covered deck with ceiling fans, perfect for outdoor grilling with friends and family after a day at the beach. The den is open to the kitchen/living room area but can also be converted to a third sleeping area with a king-size convertible day bed by using the retractable privacy wall. The large bathroom off the master bedroom includes a walk-in shower and a stand up washer/dryer unit. Four color tv's with expanded cable. The eat-in kitchen includes full-size updated appliances including a microwave, toaster oven, coffee carafe and all the necessary utensils for a casual barbecue or gourmet dinner. Must bring your own linens and sundries. Located just a block and a half from the beach in the Southside section of Ocean Lakes. May your time at our beach house be spent with relaxing sunsets, cool drinks and sand between your toes.
