Tastefully decorated. This two bedroom, two bath unit features a large covered deck with ceiling fans, perfect for outdoor grilling with friends and family after a day at the beach. The den is open to the kitchen/living room area but can also be converted to a third sleeping area with a convertible day bed by using the retractable privacy wall.

The large bathroom off the master bedroom includes a walk-in shower and a stand up washer/dryer unit.

Four color tv's with expanded cable.

The eat-in kitchen includes full-size updated appliances including a microwave, toaster oven, coffee carafe and all the necessary utensils for a casual barbecue or gourmet dinner.

Must bring your own linens and sundries.

Located just a block and a half from the beach in the Southside section of Ocean Lakes.

You are to leave the house clean and ready for the next family.

    • This was a great home for the week. Everything we needed was present. The deck had room for outdoor dining. Our family of three had plenty of room and we had two guests for a night with no problem. I highly recommend renting the golf car from the owner, running around in the car is part of life in Ocean Lakes! You are only a minute from the beach by golf car, five minutes walking. It was incredibly hot the week we were here and the AC had no problem keeping up. We will rent here again!

    • I stayed here last year and everything was great. The owner does evrything to provide a realaxing place to get away. I am also staying here again this year and very much looking forward to it. I would definitely recommend this unit to anyone. I have stayed at alot of places at ocean lakes and this one is by far the best. Thank you for allowing me to saty here in your house. David Walker
