Come enjoy the sugar white sands and emerald waters of Seagrove Beach! This quiet, family-oriented beach is fast becoming a favorite.
This fabulous top-floor, Gulf-side condo offers a bright and open floor plan. The huge 42-foot balcony overlooks the pool and has spectacular views of the Gulf of Mexico. The interior is a spacious 2200 square feet with 10-foot ceilings and crown molding. Decorated with a Caribbean influence and hand-painted designer furniture, the surroundings add a tropical feel to your beach vacation.
The master bedroom has a king-size bed, private bath with jacuzzi tub, and separate shower. It also has double French doors to the balcony, where you can start and end each day admiring the Gulf view and listening to the music of the surf.
The second bedroom has a queen-sized bed and private bath. French doors open onto a sitting porch. The third bedroom, also with a queen sized bed and sitting porch, shares a full bath with the fourth bedroom, which has one twin bed and one bunk bed. We also have a crib and stroller available for the younger visitor.
Transom windows allow lots of light into the living area. On cool days enjoy a cozy fire in the living area fireplace.

My family of 8 stayed here during the end of July. There are several things that we had issues with regarding this particular property: -The dryer was non-functional for the first part of the week. While the staff at Royal was helpful in getting this resolved, it was very frustrating to be unable to use this appliance for the first 3 days of our trip. -The refrigerator was pretty old, and had a hard time keeping all of our drinks and food cold throughout the week. It also leaked for the first few days. Again, Royal was fairly prompt in having it taken care of. -The air intake vent in one of the hallways was FILTHY! It had obviously never been cleaned. One member of my family also found a bag of open M&M's in a nightstand drawer. -The kitchen was not well stocked. For a 4BR condo, there was not enough silverware or dinnerware to serve everyone for more than one meal, meaning the dishwasher had to be run or the silverware had to be washed after each meal (however, we all agreed this was fairly typically for rental units). -The TVs in the main room and in each bedroom were very outdated. -On the final night around 6:30pm we realized we had locked ourselves out of the condo. We called Royal’s after hours number to help us get back into the condo, and nobody ever called us back. Overall the place was nice and served its purpose for a beach vacation. As a whole our family felt that the place was not exactly what we were expecting, or had been used to based on other properties we've previously rented in the area.
