Open the gate and enter the courtyard where you find your own very private paradise complete with pool, waterfall, and all the tropical plants and flowers. You will smell the plumeria throughout the garden and in the house as the many windows and sliding doors provide continuous cross ventilation. The house abounds with luxury features to make you comfortable, such as a gourmet kitchen, outdoor dining, indoor dining areas, spacious living room with fine Italian Leather furnishings, as well as a comfortable Family room, with leather furniture and flat screen TV.
Enjoy the whole house Bose sound system, whether you are in the Jetted bath tub, or in the pool. There is even surround sound for your movie viewing pleasure.
The bedrooms all have views to the pool and private courtyard, as well as other beautiful garden sites. The master bedroom has an additional private courtyard with another waterfall for your private enjoyment. All bedrooms have their own TVs in addition to the large Sony located in the family Room.
The house is conveniently located on an interior lot on the Kiahuna Golf Course, where you will enjoy the privacy and serenity that a small private residential village offers. Restaurants and shopping all within walking distance, and the beach is just a short hop down the hill (less than one mile).
You will enjoy the spacious and luxuriously decorated home and like many of our other guests want to return again and again to repeat the wonderful experience.
Upon your arrival you will be greeted with a "Welcome Basket" provided by the owner that contains some of the things you might need or want on your first morning in Paradise, Hawaiian Coffee, Tropical Fruits, Cereal, Milk, Juice, etc. It's our way of saying, "Mahalo for choosing the Waterfall House"!
