Located where the green grass meets the blue water, Miramar is a rare property on level ground, placed in the woods less than 2 miles from Highway 5 and the Niangua Bridge on paved roads. It is only seven steps up to enter "THE BOATHOUSE CONDO" which was newly complete June 2007. This is ground level from the parking lot and second floor from the waterside. Located at the 3.5 mile marker of the tranquil Big Niangua Arm, it is between the quiet beauty of Ha Ha Tonka State Park and all the sunny fun and exceptional nightlife.
By land, it is minutes to shopping, dining, groceries, hospital, and golf courses. Camdenton is six miles away on highway #5. We are on a much calmer part of the lake making it perfect for fishing, tubing, wakeboarding and skiing. This is a corner unit next to woods with an unobstructed view of the main channel (no docks infront).
The exceptional furnishings and interior were done by a professional designer and incorporate the owners original oil paintings from the Caribbean. Conveniently, a boat ramp & fuel dock are located across from the condo. Rental includes the use of a covered 12' X 32' boat slip. A short walk from the condo on level ground will take you passed the pool to the dock and it is only 4 slip spaces out!
The full kitchen has an open breakfast bar, refrigerator w/ice maker, microwave, washer, dryer, and everything you need for cooking and dining. The spacious living room has direct access to the patio, TV,VCR,DVD,Stereo and a fireplace.The deck has an expansive view of the main channel, Niangua Bridge, dock & pool area. A gas grill, dining table, corner couch with ottomans and a coffee table are for your enjoyment.
Through double French doors you'll enter the spacious Master bedroom. It has a fireplace, private entry to the deck with a gorgeous water view, a private bathroom with double sinks and a walk-in closet. The second bedroom has an entry to a full bathroom, queen size bed and trundle bed. The third bedroom has twin beds. All linens and towels are furnished including beach towels.
So, all you need to bring is your bathing suit, tee shirts & shorts, flip-flops and a sunny disposition to join your family and friends at "THE BOATHOUSE CONDO"!

Why the Owner Chose Camdenton
We purchased the condo during construction for our overflow friends and family. When it is not in use by them we rent it. Because we have a summer home we do not use the condo ourselves. It was designed to make our group feel happy and welcome at the lake. We hope you enjoy it as much as we do!
The Unique Benefits at this Condo
The condo is so accessible to everything and not in a busy location. It is quiet and the buildings blend in with nature. This is not a large developement. However, by boat it is near the action! By car you have a fabulous bar/restaurant within one mile & shopping in two miles.
This restaurant has been an icon for over 35 years. Amazing sunset views for cocktails on the deck with live music. Fabulous food and casual dress.
The only houseboat rental company on the Lake of the Ozarks. They also rent smaller water craft. The public can use an excellent boat ramp at the location. This is directly across from our condo.
Intersection has groceries, mexican restaurant, bars, Tupalo Honey Bakery & Restaurant, bank, and assorted shops. This is 2 miles from the condo.
This on the water bar & restaurant was called the Mucky Duck. It is the closest gas dock for your boat.
Huge outside bar/stage/gift shop with live music and food. Plenty of new docks for boaters.
Tropical bar both inside & outside on the water. Live entertainment and 2 for 1 drinks. Good docks! This is a smaller bar loved by the locals!!#
Large-Pirate themed and very popular-host of the Shoot Out Race each year. They have a huge beach & volleyball courts. Their docks are numerous and new. Drinks are pricey!
Original small log cabin bar & restaurant-cozy with stone fireplace. Locals love this bar!!It's a short walk up from the small dock but, what a treat-nothing like it-washing on the line! A hoot! Great food! Try the Ballsie Bits! Pure HillBilly
Family oriented-largest waterslide in MO-dumps into a poolbar-fabulously fun for everyone! Burgers & nachos laid back-wear your bathing suit everywhere. It has 3 bars on the property and good docks.
Courtious bikini clad dock girls pump gas and store for beer, food, suntan lotion etc. Free bubble gum!
Indoor/outdoor Bar & Restaurant. Live entertainment-Gift Shop-Great Food and extremely casual. Try the Grouper Rubin!! Lots of new docks!

We have been enjoying the Lake of the Ozarks for decades. We have owned several vacation homes in the area and currently have one further up the lake. Our family and friends visit often and the group gets larger every year. We love to travel worldwide and spend as much time as possible boating. Sharing our lives with others is a great pleasure and we have company join us as much as possible.

Enjoyed our July 4 weekend at The Boathouse in Miramar! Nice spacious condo was perfect for 3 couples & then some – great Caribbean décor. Enjoyed grilling dinner several nights during our stay – recommend The Butcher Shop in Camdenton for meat to grill, twice-baked potatoes, etc. Plenty of kitchenware for cooking. Deck is shaded in evening for grilling, enjoying a glass of wine, watching the boat traffic cruise by & fireworks. Nice pool at lake-level with plenty of nice patio furniture to enjoy in the sun by day or shade in the evening. Large boat slip & easy launch ramp right across the bridge/lake. Great location for boating in calmer waters & dining on the water. Bedrooms are quiet & located so you do not hear foot-traffic on stairs/boardwalks to/from the parking lot. We would definitely be interested in renting this condo again next summer & will spread the word to other interested friends!
Recommended for:Adventure seekers, romantic getaway, sightseeing, age 55+, families with teenagers, girls getaway, families with young children.

We own a bar & restaurant on the shores of Lake Michigan in Wis. called The Boathouse. We thought we werre getting away. We had a wonderful time and thoroughly enjoyed this Boathouse alot.

I have had the opportunity to visit this condo. It is very delightful, and makes you feel like you are in the tropics, with a great location and a great view. Can't go wrong on this choice. What a great GET-A-WAY home!!!!
