This large, newly decorated condo is over 1350 square feet with two bedrooms, two baths. Relax on your sofa and watch sports on the 48 inch big screen TV or, without moving, you can look out onto the pool, beach and ocean.
The huge master bedroom has a king-size bed, makeup area, large walk-in closet and master bath. The walk-in closet is the perfect size for a crib, a little persons fort or even a full-size inflatable mattress. The guest bedroom has two full-size beds and bath. The living room contains a Queen-Size sleeper sofa.
Sarasota Surf and Racquet Club is located on the Gulf Coast of sunny Florida, ideally situated on 13 acres of beachfront property in the center of Siesta Key's Crescent Beach - judged "The World's Finest and Whitest" beach - on the Gulf of Mexico. Made from 99% pure quartz, the sand is a soft, flour-like texture and is cool to the touch.
At Sarasota Surf and Racquet Club you will enjoy our two spacious heated swimming pools. One is conveniently located in the courtyard area with easy access from all of the buildings and the other is on the beach, overlooking the azure blue waters of the Gulf of Mexico. We also feature a fitness center and four, on- property tennis courts: two clay tennis courts and two Lackold tennis courts. We offer tennis programs, lessons and summer camps through our association with "Total Tennis." Another popular characteristic is our beachside barbecue grill and picnic area - it doesn't get any better than cooking, eating and playing on the beach!
Take Tennis lesson on site, rent a boat and cruise the Intercostal, swim in the ocean or heated pool, relax in the lounge chairs on the cool white sand, walk the beach or just people and dolphin watch. Work out at the on site workout room. Cook your hamburgers on the Beachside Barbecue Grill and enjoy the sun and surf. Hi folks, I was originally a snowbird from Shelby Twp, Michigan. My family visited many vacation spots in Florida but when we visited Siesta Key, we knew that we found the most beautiful place in Florida. We knew that this is where we were going to retire. We bought our Sarasota Surf condo in 2001 with the idea that we would like to live there after we retired. In the meantime, we rented it and people loved it so much that we decided to keep it as a rental and buy a residential condo close by.
Why the Owner Chose Sarasota Surf & Racquet Club
We bought our Sarasota Surf condo because that is where we wanted to live. The complex was a premier, beautiful complex and we choose our condo because it was ground floor with easy access to the beach, pool and parking. No waiting for elevators. We paid a premium price for our condo because it was in the most desireable building within the complex. It was closest to the beach and pool.
The Unique Benefits of this Condo
You are a part of nature. When we were looking for a condo to buy, we stayed at many condos on upper floors. We found that on the upper floors you lose touch with nature and all that is Florida. You end up looking over the roofs and air conditioners of neighboring condos. On upper floors, you don't hear the ocean, see the palm trees sway in the breeze, see the beautiful flowering bushes. Being on the ground floor...you are a part of nature and all that is going on around you. Plus, the easy access to everything makes it seem like a home not a high rise condo.

Our stay was perfect in every way. We enjoyed our breakfast each morning in the sunporch looking at the beautiful view of the ocean. The condo is very well equipped with everything you could possibly want in a kitchen. Even during the colder, windy days, the pool area was protected in the sun all day. We enjoyed the very spacious main living area as well as the easy acess from the parking area on the ground floor just outside the door. With older family members as well as young children, we loved this ground floor condo! Everyone was happy! We hope to return! LOVED IT!

Just spent 16 days at this condo in November and our vacation could not have been better. The unit's location is great, just a few steps from the most beautiful Siesta Key beach. It's ground floor location is extremely convenient. The unit is very nice, very clean and well equipped. It is also well furnished with lots of sitting space in the living room. Beds are comfortable and lots of storage space. Beautiful view of the beach and gulf from the living room and lanai. Owner was excellent to deal with. The property has great amenities, beautiful pool, tennis courts, business centre and and an excellent BBQ and outdoor dining area. Go and enjoy Siesta Key and Sarasota Surf & Racquet Club

I can't begin to tell you how much we enjoy staying at Sarasota Surf and Raquet on Siesta Key. The condo met our every need, location right on the beach, something for every age and so relaxing. My parents started bringing me when I was a little girl. I called it my Heaven On Earth. I now have grown children who want to continue the tradition. You cannot put a price tag on the wonderful memories that are made on Siesta Key.

We had such a perfect week- the location of this unit was great! Steps away from a beach made of talcum powder! We have been to the Caribbean, and beaches in Europe, and Hawaii, Mexico, and Dominican Republic as well as several places in Florida, and have never seen sand as soft and white and amazing as this one. It was not crowded, and people there were all so pleasant. The kitchen was very well equipped for anything I wanted to make- and was so comfortable, and easy to find things in. We truly enjoyed every part of this vacation week.

My wife, my 2 year old son, and I just spent a week in this condo and we could not have had a better vacation. The Condo is great, well appointed, clean, and a great place for a relaxing beach vacation. Only steps away from the beautiful white sand beach, you will find it hard to want to go inside though (my son sure did). The whole complex is very nice and everyone we talked to was very friendly. For meals you are only a few minutes away from the many restaurants on Siesta Key. If staying on a Sunday night, be sure to walk down the beach to Siesta Beach and Drum Down the Sun! I would highly recommend this condo to young and old, those looking for an active vacation or a relaxing one.

My family and I had a wonderful time at Sarasota Surf and Racquet Club! The Y building is the best location to the beach and pool. Very easy with little kids being on the 1st floor! The condo is very clean! We have been going to S&S for many years and it has the best beach and water is crystal clear. This condo has everything you will need!

My husband and I have stayed in this condominium twice for an extended period of time. Our children and their children have joined us on vacation. We have found this condominium to be well appointed and in an excellent location. Space is well utilized. Access to a beautiful white beach is just down the hall and out the door. Parking is nearby which makes loading and unloading as easy as those tasks can be. There are usually adequate number of beach chairs available on the beach although around the pools this can be difficult. The property is clean and well maintained. We plan on returning in the future and have recommended it to our friends.

We just returned from our first trip to Siesta Key. It was a wonderful vacation. This condo was perfect for us. It was large, clean and comfortable. The view of the beach from the living room and sun room was amazing. It was also nice being on the first floor, close to the beach and pools. Sarasota Surf does a great job maintaining the grounds. With so much to do right there - the beach, pools, tennis courts, exercise room, and outdoor grilling and eating areas - we rarely left the complex. We will be back.
