Sarasota Surf and Racquet Club is located on the Gulf Coast of sunny Florida, ideally situated on 13 acres of beachfront property in the center of Siesta Key's Crescent Beach - judged 'The World's Finest and Whitest' beach - on the Gulf of Mexico. Made from 99% pure quartz, the sand is a soft, flour-like texture and is cool to the touch.
At Sarasota Surf and Racquet Club you will enjoy our two spacious heated swimming pools. One is conveniently located in the courtyard area with easy access from all of the buildings and the other is on the beach, overlooking the azure blue waters of the Gulf of Mexico. We also feature a fitness center and four, on- property tennis courts: two clay tennis courts and two Lackold tennis courts. We offer tennis programs, lessons and summer camps through our association with 'Total Tennis.' Another popular characteristic is our beachside barbecue grill and picnic area - it doesn't get any better than cooking, eating and playing on the beach!
Every Friday morning at 9:30, there is a complimentary Yoga class in the courtyard.
On Tuesdays between 5:30 and &:30 there is music on the beach at the Tiki Hut. Grill your dinner at the Tiki Hut and enjoy the music.
Take Tennis lesson on site, rent a boat and cruise the Intercostal, swim in the ocean or heated pool, relax in the lounge chairs on the cool white sand, walk the beach or just people and dolphin watch. Work out at the on site workout room. Cook your hamburgers on the Beachside Barbecue Grill and enjoy the sun and surf. Have a daiquiri at The Daiquiri Deck, dance at the Beach Club, dine at one of the spectacular restaurants...all in nearby Siesta Village.

We loved the unit & the location on ground level. Steps to the beach & pool no waiting for an elevator. The unit was fully equiped with anything you need! Beach towels, toys, kitchen, bath, etc. Lynn is so nice to work with. Lynn goes out of her way to make sure you have a pleasant stay.Recommended for: Families with young children, age 55+, families with teenagers, girls getaway, sightseeing.

The condo location and photos accurately reflected the rental's appearances and amenities.It was clean, well equipped, and well-maintained.It centrally located, just minutes to The Village and well-rated restaurants. Sarasota Surf & Racquet, and this unit in particular, was exactly what I was hoping for during our Siesta Key vacation. The first floor unit was clean, spacious, accommodated my two toddlers, had a view of the beach and pool, and was so convenient to acess the water as well. I would highly recommend this unit and the club. We plan to be back again, soon!Recommended for: Families with young children, age 55+, families with teenagers.

We stayed a week in this beautiful condo, I can't say enough nice things about the decor, or view. One of the best vacations we ever had. I would recommend this condo to anyone. Beautiful beach, pool, condo, and the employees there were very helpful. We had a wonderful vacation in Siesta Key. The condo was nicely decorated and comfortable. The kitchen was well equipped and the condo was stocked with any beach item you could want. The view from the condo was lovely - really beautiful grounds. Nice location, end unit, ground floor, no stairs, close parking and beautiful pool, patio and beach. The white sand beach was gorgeous and the sunsets were amazing. The location is excellent - just a quick jog to Stickney Point Road, or a short drive to Siest Key Village where there are many delicious restaurants. It truly was a perfect vacation. We plan on returning in the future.Recommended for: People with disabilities, families with young children, age 55+, romantic getaway, families with teenagers, girls getaway, adventure seekers.

We really enjoyed our week in Siesta Key at the Sarasota Surf and Racquet Club. The condo was wonderful. Great view of pool and beach from the lanai, no steps, close parking, and clean condo. The kitchen was stocked with everything you could possibly need, as well as all the extra beach items too. The pool and beach were just beautiful. Our stay was perfect in every way. We enjoyed our breakfast each morning in the sunporch looking at the beautiful view of the ocean. The condo is very well equipped with everything you could possibly want in a kitchen. Even during the colder, windy days, the pool area was protected in the sun all day. We enjoyed the very spacious main living area as well as the easy acess from the parking area on the ground floor just outside the door. With older family members as well as young children, we loved this ground floor condo! Everyone was happy! We hope to return! LOVED IT!Recommended for: People with disabilities, families with young children, age 55+, romantic getaway, families with teenagers, girls getaway, sightseeing.

Just spent 16 days at this condo in November and our vacation could not have been better. The unit's location is great, just a few steps from the most beautiful Siesta Key beach. It's ground floor location is extremely convenient. The unit is very nice, very clean and well equipped. It is also well furnished with lots of sitting space in the living room. Beds are comfortable and lots of storage space. Beautiful view of the beach and gulf from the living room and lanai. Owner was excellent to deal with. The property has great amenities, beautiful pool, tennis courts, business centre and and an excellent BBQ and outdoor dining area. I can't begin to tell you how much we enjoy staying at Sarasota Surf and Raquet on Siesta Key. The condo met our every need, location right on the beach, something for every age and so relaxing. My parents started bringing me when I was a little girl. I called it my Heaven On Earth. I now have grown children who want to continue the tradition. You cannot put a price tag on the wonderful memories that are made on Siesta Key.Recommended for: Families with young children, age 55+, romantic getaway, families with teenagers, girls getaway, adventure seekers, tourists without a car, sightseeing.

We had such a perfect week- the location of this unit was great! Steps away from a beach made of talcum powder! We have been to the Caribbean, and beaches in Europe, and Hawaii, Mexico, and Dominican Republic as well as several places in Florida, and have never seen sand as soft and white and amazing as this one. It was not crowded, and people there were all so pleasant. The kitchen was very well equipped for anything I wanted to make- and was so comfortable, and easy to find things in. About the owner: Hi folks, I was originally a snowbird from Shelby Twp, Michigan. My family visited many vacation spots in Florida but when we visited Siesta Key, we knew that we found the most beautiful place in Florida. We knew that this is where we were going to retire. We bought our Sarasota Surf condo in 2001 with the idea that we would like to live there after we retired. In the meantime, we rented it and people loved it so much that we decided to keep it as a rental and buy a residential condo close by.
Why the Owner Chose Sarasota Surf & Racquet Club:
We bought our Sarasota Surf condo because that is where we wanted to live. The complex was a premier, beautiful complex and we choose our condo because it was ground floor with easy access to the beach, pool and parking. No waiting for elevators. We paid a premium price for our condo because it was in the most desireable building within the complex. It was closest to the beach and pool.
The Unique Benefits at this Condo:
You are a part of nature. When we were looking for a condo to buy, we stayed at many condos on upper floors. We found that on the upper floors you lose touch with nature and all that is Florida. You end up looking over the roofs and air conditioners of neighboring condos. On upper floors, you don't hear the ocean, see the palm trees sway in the breeze, see the beautiful flowering bushes. Being on the ground floor...you are a part of nature and all that is going on around you. Plus, the easy access to everything makes it seem like a home not a high rise condo.
