This private community is within short walking distance of the Makai Club House and tennis courts and just a short drive to the top-rated Princeville resort and golf course.
The living room has large windows and glass doors exposing fabulous views over looking the golf course. It features a sofa, 2 chairs, elegant armoire with a large 42" LCD TV, DVD player and an assortment of board games. The tiled lanai offers additional space for outdoor dining.
The dining area has a dining table with seating for six people and a beautiful chandelier to brighten up your meal. The kitchen has granite countertops and is fully-equipped including cookware, bakeware, tableware, a microwave, coffeemaker, purified water and ice dispenser, dishwasher, a phone with answering machine, and bar accessories so you can create your favorite tropical beverages.
Both master suites feature king-size beds with new linens and comforters, built in Hawaiian KOA wood cabinets with drawers, flatscreen televisions, vanity bathrooms with marble countertops, hairdryers, telephones, radio alarm clocks, plenty of closet space with full length mirrored doors, and small private lanais. One master suite also, features a whirlpool bathtub.
The third bedroom has a queen-size bed, radio alarm clock and a closet, enabling you to accommodate up to six people at this home. All bedrooms and bathrooms are equipped with an extra sets of towels, bed sheets, pillows, bedspreads/comforters and mattress pads. Beach towels, beach chairs, beach mats, snorkel gear and boogie boards are also provided.
A 30 second walk takes you to a shared swimming pool, hot tub, and barbeque area. Nearby at the Princeville Shopping Center, you can shop for gifts, groceries and just about anything. Experience fine dining at numerous restaurants in Princeville such as the Bali Hai Restaurant at Hanalei Bay Resort and several restaurants at the Princeville Hotel. More shops and restaurants await you a short drive away in the neighboring town of Hanalei.
Enjoy activities as well as hikes to nearby beaches and tide pools. A short drive brings you to famous Anini beach, Queen Emma's bath and numerous longer hikes including the popular Kalalau Trail. Activities in Princeville and nearby include Na Pali boat and helicopter tours, sailing, kayaking, fishing, surfing, seasonal swimming, snorkeling for all experience levels, and horseback riding.
