This 3100 square foot, 3 level cabin was built in 2007 and is located in Duck Creek Pines on a one-acre lot that backs up to the Dixie National Forest. This cabin is completly private.
Outdoor activities include ATVing, snowmobile rentals, ATV rentals, stream and lake fishing, cross country skiing as well as downhill skiing, snowboarding, sled riding, backpack hiking , mountain climbing, mountain biking.
Cabin has 4 fully furnished bedrooms with all the bedding, 3.5 bathrooms. It has a gourmet kitchen with granite counter tops and a wine refrigerator. We have a 73 inch TV in the family room with DVD, 55 inch TV in down stairs family room with DVD/VCR and a 50 inch plasma in the master all with satelite. Fire pit and horse shoe pit in the back yard.
DEPOSITS and FEES: A $450 deposit is due at time of booking to hold the dates (a credit card is required for the deposit). The remaining balance is due 30 days prior to your arrival. If you cancel prior to 30 days before your arrival, your deposit will be returned in full. If you cancel within 30 days of your arrival, your deposit will not be returned, but you can use it towards rental within one year of your cancellation date. If you cancel within 15 days before your arrival, your deposit will be forfeited.

- This Cabin is located in the Luxurious Duck Creek Pines Subdivison INDOORS, High Speed Internet with wireless router,No AC (doesn't really get warm enough to need it), ceiling fans in all bedrooms, Stove, Refrigerator with ice maker, Wine Refrigerator, Toaster, Coffee Maker, Blender, Dishes, Cutlery and Cooking Utensils provided, Laundry Detergent, there is No Smoking in the home, but ashtrays are provided on the Patio. OUTSIDE 3 covered patios, gas grill (hooked to home no tanks to replace) fire pit, horse shoe pit and a spacious 1 acre lot

We built this cabin in 2007 to serve as a family get-a-way for our hectic city lifestyle. You will notice the front of our cabin is all glass and brings the outdoors inside. Our family has watched many deer roam the property and our children have become experts at collecting all kinds of nature from our land. Nestled on a private 1-acre lot adjacent to National Forest, we spared no expense on the interior. We just spent a wonderful week at this cabin with our teenagers and another family that also has kids the same age. A total of 9 of us, yet it never felt crowded. Beautiful cabin, all the amenities you could ask for. We enjoyed the firepit in the back and spent many of the early evenings on the balcony, Deer would regularly wander through the property at dusk. Everything was first class. It's true, you definitely get what you pay for. Activities that we did in the area included horseback riding, ATV riding, fishing, hiking, and visiting two national parks. A memorable vacation for sure.

Location is great. Cabin is great. Views from all directions very nice. Semi-secluded. ATV trail access very convenient from this location and literally hundreds of miles of options. We really enjoyed our stay. Virgin River Rim trail an excellent hike and relatively close. Fun fishing at Navajo Lake just a couple of miles away. Deck with table faces east making a nice shady place for dining outside for lunch and dinner. We'll be back.

What a great cabin and what a great location. We brought our ATVs and had the time of our life. Sooo many trails/roads, the ice cave was a favorite of our grandchildren from California. This cabin is alot more than just a cabin. It is really beautiful, fun and very comfortable. There is alot to do in the cabin and a great firepit area. We saw a fox, deer and chipmunks just outside the door. Mike is great to work with too!!!

You will cry when you leave! This is the most beautiful cabin you will ever stay in. It has everything, the perfect floorplan, the perfect decor, and everything you could think of that you will need during your stay. Out every window, you can see towering green trees. The property flows seamlessly onto the Dixie National Forest in the backyard. It is peaceful, quiet and helps you focus on what truly matters in life. Don't settle for anything less!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. This is a great vacation home with everything you need for a comfortable stay. The description of the cabin and amenities is accurate; it is even nicer than the photos depict. The location is central to all the places we wanted to visit (Bryce, Zion, Glen Canyon and the North Rim). We are very glad we stayed and appreciate the great service that Mike provided.

This is an absolutely beautiful home that is very comfortable and homey. I would highly recommend this home for anyone that is looking to get away from the daily grind. It was truly one of the most relaxing vacations I have had.

The cabin is absolutely BEAUTIFUL! The decor is wonderful and makes you feel right at home. We love it and will be back. It is so clean and spacious. The views are wonderful! You can relax in front of the big screen tv or walk around the village. This is by far better than any hotel.

What an absolutely beautiful cabin! Never had a chance to explore Duck Creek Village because of the 2 feet of snow that fell that weekend. Not a better place to get stuck inside the house! My wife and 4 children and I will definitely rent this cabin again!!!

What a week! Total guys weekend only-the fourwheeling-hiking-just sitting back relaxing watching the game on that huge tv is enough to make more excuses for a weekend get away!!! No better place! I have told everyone!!!
