With a short 5 minute walk from our Villa, enjoy one of the finest beach areas on Hilton Head Island. Nearby attractions include the Players Club Fitness Center with available membership ($35/week), The Van Der Meer Tennis Center, Hilton Head’s only Waterfun Park and Harbour Town, home to the Heritage Golf Tournament.
We are also a short walk from Coligny Plaza, one of the most popular attractions on Hilton Head Island with some 60 shops and restaurants. Our villa also includes free nearby tennis and golf packages through our rental agency.
Because our villa is rented through a rental agency, a simple phone call can quickly take care of any unexpected problems that might arise.
The villa is equipped with a ceramic tiled front entry and kitchen. The kitchen was completely remodeled in Spring 2007. The kitchen is fully equipped with a large refrigerator, stove, dishwasher and microwave. For your convenience, the villa is also equipped with a full washer and dryer.
Our living room has also been renovated and is tastefully decorated and has a pullout sofabed. The entertainment center includes a large TV with a VCR/DVD and Stereo/CD Player. The unit also includes a number of VCR movie tapes perfect for any inclement weather. The unit also has wireless internet access for your convenience.
The sleeping accommodations include two large bedrooms, each with their own full bathroom and king size bed. The bathrooms were recently remodeled in the fall of 2009. Each bedroom is equipped with a TV/DVD/VCR. Additionally, one bedroom has a Game Cube video game system with a host of games for the kid’s enjoyment. A rollaway bed is included to accommodate up to 7 adults and children.
The villa has outside storage to store bicycles that can be easily rented nearby and enjoyed on the miles of bike paths throughout South Forest Beach and the island.
Exit the back door onto the balcony and enjoy a view of the enclosed complex’s pool and the interior courtyard.
Sorry, we have issues with smoke and pet hair so we ask that you refrain from smoking inside or bringing pets.
