We really enjoyed our stay in San Diego. We stayed in the upper unit of the Condo. The unit was clean and well maintained. The location was perfect. A quick walk to the bay, ocean and easy walks to coffee and food. Parking was a great plus along with the toys and bikes in the garage. Would recommend this unit to other travelers.

Our family of 5 recently spent a week in this condo, very clean and comfortable, so close to the beach and Belmont Park. The beach chairs, boogie board, and cooler provided were great, and we were able to barbecue on the lanai with a great view of the Sea World fireworks every night. We would definitely recommend to families. The only downside is parking is limited if you have more than one car. Other than that, great vacation rental!

Had a great time, everything you need to have fun on the beach or the bay is there.The only thing is it does not have the ESPN channel on the cable tv. Other than that its a great place. I`m looklng foward to return next summer.

My whole family enjoyed staying in the condo. Comfortable furniture and everything we needed to create a home away from home. Very convenient location to both ocean and bay. The owner was very responsive when we needed some extra sheets.

Terrific Mission Beach Vacation Spot

We stayed in the upstairs unit which had plenty of room for us (5). This is a great location, bike rentals a minute away, gym at Belmont a 5 minute walk, and the beach on the ocean or bay side were about a 3 minute walk. The WiFi was a definite plus as was the DVD player for movie nights. Parking was no problem. We particularly enjoyed bike riding around the bay and on the boardwalk. Thanks to Art for being available to answer any questions!

We had a great trip out to Mission Beach! The house was VERY clean upon our arrival. It was SO close to the bay and the beach. Our kids had a great time walking to and from the beach. The accomodations were great. It was also nice to have a designated parking spot.

The condo was perfect for our vacation. It was very clean upon our arrival, had plenty of room for all of us and had everything we were looking for in a rental. We really loved the patio area and riding the bikes through the surrounding neighborhood. The location is ideal. Every place we went was a short drive away and the beach was only a few minutes’ walk. We stayed here for two weeks during the summer and really enjoyed our stay. The duplex was very comfortable, clean and had almost everything we needed for our extended stay. We liked the neighborhood which was pretty quiet, but still close to the beach and amusement park with lots to do. We have two small children so the location was important, and we felt very safe here. Also, the owner was great to work with and always responded quickly to any questions throughout the process. We would definitely return if vacationing again in the San Diego area.

this unit is well worth the money. you are within walking distance to both the beach and the bay. pacific beach is just a short bike ride away. the owners have included anything you could ever want or need while staying at the beach. i am heading back for my second stay at this property.
