We had a wonderful time it was so relaxing and the house had everything we could have asked for-fully stocked kitchen and plenty of linens and towels.BBQ tank was full and there were boogey boards for those who wanted.. It was a bonus having a second bedroom upstairs with two full beds and also having 2 sliders out to the balcony. The house was very clean when we arrived and we had absolutely no problems throughout our stay. Justin was great to work with right from day one when we showed interest in the property. We would recommend this property to friends and we will return. Our group ranged from 9yrs to 50yrs and we all had a great time including our Golden... Although we were there in mid Aug the majority of mornings were overcast and chilly but cleared everyday to warm sunshine and beautiful evenings it just gave us a chance to walk the dog and run some errands in the mornings without the heat. We are from Los Angeles so we did not venture too far from the house because we have been to all the surrounding areas it was a plus that the grocery store was close by.We chose this house because of the location - beachfront and pet friendly. It was a perfect vacation.

Birthday Bash and Mother's Day Weekend

A great place to stay. We celebrated a friend's milestone birthday followed by a marvelous Mother's Day on Sunday. Two of us from Oregon, two from Alaska, two from Antelope Valley and Texas. Lots of memories to enjoy. The house is perfectly situated for fun in the sun with great beach access. All the amenities we needed were available plus a grocery store very close by. The owner was wonderful to work with. We would definitely rent here again.

This place was beautiful, both the days that were sunny as well rainy! Watching the tides go in and out was something I wasn't expecting, but was completely delighted with :-) The place is pet-friendly and that was huge for us - being able to have our pet children with us made this a complete vacation for us. The photos were very accurate, the property clean, and the process of making our reservations was easy. Ventura is just a short 10-15 minute drive south, Carpinteria/Santa Barbara not much further north. I would wholeheartedly recommend this property to friends and relatives.

VACATION DREAM LOCATION!!!

We just loved being at this location!! The sunrises were almost as breathtaking as the sunsets, which were amazingly so unique each and every day! Bringing your own bikes is a must, but there is a bike rental shop 10 minutes away in Ventura if you're flying in. We don't surf, but if you did, it's right out the back door. The one and only drawback to this home is there is no Wi-Fi....but, again, it's only 10 minutes to Ventura, which is a great littlen town to explore with lots of shopping. We would absolutely rent this home again! We're really missing the beautiful sound of the crashing waves, the sunrises, the sunsets, the dolphins (lots of dolphins),the bikerides along the ocean... Also, the owners were very friendly, and accommodating to our few needs!

Nice place, right on the water - beautiful views to wake up to and enjoy. Easy drive from Los Angeles, house manager is extremely accomodating and helpful. Would def stay again!

In this case, there are not enough pictures to do this fantastic beach house getaway justice! We were floored by the beauty and relaxation that abounded the moment we walked in the front door. This is the perfect home for a family of 4 or more (we even had a couple of extra last minute guests who came for a glass of wine but didn't want to go home!). It has been extremely well equipped for all your needs so that you literally can just show up, put on your sun hat and hit the sand. I cannot wait for our kids to have time off school to return again soon and would recommend this wonderful retreat to anyone who is looking for complete privacy, comfort and a GREAT VALUE all in one. Also, the manager of the property is a dream to work with and was incredibly attentive to all of our needs throughout the weekend and making sure that we were properly settled (with a personal visit even!) to thoroughly enjoy our time. This is the place if you are looking for the ultimate relaxing getaway at the coast!
