This a great house on the Famous Faria Beach which is located 7 miles north of Ventura and 37 miles south of Santa Barbara.
The home is wonderfully decorated and comes with all the amenities to make your stay comfortable and fun. From your king size bed in the master bedroom on the second floor, you will hear the sound of the endless waves. As you wake with the sun coming up over the mountains, you can see dolphins swimming by and even an occasional grey whale.
This house is built for entertaining family and friends. Outside the spacious living room, you will find a large deck, a portion of which is covered and wind protected, with a large gas BBQ and two tables and chairs.
With just steps to the sand, you will be able to explore one of California's most unique and beautiful beaches. Faria Beach can best be described as dynamic because of constantly changing sand levels, which at certain times of the year, exposes the rocks underneath and creates a wonderland of tide pools and marine life to be explored amongst the rocks.
Most of the time there is ample sand to take long walks on the beach or build sand castles. Swimming, boogie boarding, snorkeling, and kayaking can all be enjoyed at Faria Beach. If you are a surfer, the world class surf break called "Pitas Point" is right in front of you.
