This is a second floor condo with a fantastic view. Gulf Dunes is one of the newest condominium facilities in the area, and is just a few minutes from downtown Destin. You will be within walking distance to many inviting areas such as the Fishing Boat Harbor, restaurants, and shops.
This is a "No Smoking" Unit which will sleep six people comfortably. The master bedroom has a king size bed, there are two single bunks in the main hall, and there is a queen sleeper sofa in the den. There are two individual vanities and toilets (each in it's own room), a full size tub/shower, and a washer and dryer in the condo.
This beach front property is accented with tennis courts, a private gym, two seasonally heated pools, and protected natural dunes. There is 426 feet of Gulf front privacy, two private dune walkovers with showers, and relaxing lush tropical landscaping.
Though Destin and it's attractions are only a short drive away, this stretch of powder white beach is much more secluded. Okaloosa Island is conveniently located 1 mile from the new convention center, 2 miles from Fort Walton, and only 6 miles from Destin.
We offer FREE wireless high speed internet connection, so bring your laptop and surf away! There is nearby golf, as well as putt putt golf, go cart tracks, water theme parks, the gulfarium, dozens of AWESOME restaurants, several outlet malls, charter fishing, and miles of white beaches! You will never run out of things to do here.
