We just got back from our Family Trip to Disney World and can't say enough about our stay! The condo is in such a convenient location, it took us 10-12 min to get to the Disney Theme Parks. The condo is in a quiet and serene neighborhood, top floor, so no noise from neighbors. The heated pool and clubhouse is steps away, which was so convenient for our family with children. I loved that the rooms were spacious, kitchen was stocked with all the amenities! Thank you so much for a wonderful experience, great value! We would HIGHLY recommend this property, and after three years travelling to Disney, this was the best place for the amazing price we've ever stayed!

We stayed in this condo during our visit to Florida in late June of 2011, It could use a little updating and a good cleaning, but overall it was good, we were on the run most of the time anyway, We would stay again if we get a chance to get back to Florida.

Owner response:One can't expect a Hilton suite for my family oriented reduced prices. My condo will be getting a complete painting this month and this January worn carpets will be replaced by tiled flooring. After these improvements will the price be increased to reflect the price of comparable condos in the development? No, prices will be at a rate affordable to middle class growing families.

What a great place to stay! The condo is awesome, quiet, clean and fully equipped... It's very well located, close to all Disney parks, main Malls and groceries stores. The owner is a wonderful person, very pleasant to deal with. I definitely recommend this place.

A great deal very close to popular Orlando/Kissimmee attractions. Clean, spacious, a bit outdated in appliances and decor, but the value more than makes up for it. The owner is pleasant and easy to contact, answered all our questions and concerns quickly. Would definitely consider renting again.

This was our first time renting a condo. We have travelled lots, but always done hotels for accomodations. I can't say how THRILLED we were with everything about this experience. The condo was exactly as explained and distance to Disney Parks and Sea World as well as restaurants was fabulous. This may be one of the best bargains in the Orlando area. A clean, fully equipped, serviceable unit. The owner is wonderfully easy to contact and to deal with. This is my fourth rental and I intend to come back in 2011.
