My wife and I were blown away when we opened the door to enter the condo. The space was open and airy and very clean, as were all the furnishings. Everything we needed to set up our home away from home was awaiting our arrival. We used the condo as our hub while visiting nearby attractions and relatives. We also entertained family who were also equally impressed with the friendliness of the condo to new visitors. We would also be more than happy to stay again for future visits. Chip and Bob treated us as family, not clients, throughout the whole process. Thank you, Bruce & Viv.

We had a great stay at this condo. It was a short drive to Disney World and everything was within a short driving distance. The condo was very comfortable and had everything we needed for our stay, washer & dryer, cooking utensils, plates, cups, toaster ... etc.. The onsite playground, tennis court, exercise room and pool were also great for our family. Above all, Bob, the owner was very pleasant to deal with. We hope to return soon.

I will never stay in a hotel again! This place had it all and then some. It was right across the street from the pool and playgrounds. You are right down the road from Irlo Bronson Highway, which is one of the main roads near Disney that has every restaurant or store you could want. It is spacious and clean! Myself, my mother, my 11 year old daughter, and my 21 month old daughter were very happy and had more then enough room for the 4 of us. Bob was a pleasure to work with and we will definately be staying here again!

The condo was in a perfect location exactly as described not far from restaurants and all the main attractions like Disney, Universal & Sea World. The inside and outside of the condo was very nice and clean and actually nicer than we thought it would be. The living area was very big. Bob was easy to contact. My wife and I had a couple of minor problems and it was fixed right away no questions asked. I would definately recommend this property to friends. There are many restaurants within 2 miles of the condo. We would definately stay there again. Thanks again Bob, we had a great time.

We just got back from our Family Trip to Disney World and can't say enough about our stay! The condo is in such a convenient location, it took us 10-12 min to get to the Disney Theme Parks. The condo is in a quiet and serene neighborhood, top floor, so no noise from neighbors. The heated pool and clubhouse is steps away, which was so convenient for our family with children. I loved that the rooms were spacious, kitchen was stocked with all the amenities! Thank you so much for a wonderful experience, great value! We would HIGHLY recommend this property, and after three years travelling to Disney, this was the best place for the amazing price we've ever stayed!

We stayed in this condo during our visit to Florida in late June of 2011, It could use a little updating and a good cleaning, but overall it was good, we were on the run most of the time anyway, We would stay again if we get a chance to get back to Florida.

Owner response:One can't expect a Hilton suite for my family oriented reduced prices. My condo will be getting a complete painting this month and this January worn carpets will be replaced by tiled flooring. After these improvements will the price be increased to reflect the price of comparable condos in the development? No, prices will be at a rate affordable to middle class growing families.

A great deal very close to popular Orlando/Kissimmee attractions. Clean, spacious, a bit outdated in appliances and decor, but the value more than makes up for it. The owner is pleasant and easy to contact, answered all our questions and concerns quickly. Would definitely consider renting again.

This was our first time renting a condo. We have travelled lots, but always done hotels for accomodations. I can't say how THRILLED we were with everything about this experience. The condo was exactly as explained and distance to Disney Parks and Sea World as well as restaurants was fabulous. This may be one of the best bargains in the Orlando area. A clean, fully equipped, serviceable unit. The owner is wonderfully easy to contact and to deal with. This is my fourth rental and I intend to come back in 2011.

Unit was in good order, very clean, with all the amenities you would want, and a good location, close to shops, restaurants and Disney. Owner was pleasant to deal with and very accomodating. I am looking forward to another visit.
