We had a lovely week in this flat with 3 teenage children. Bang in the middle of Cannes the location is terrific - yards from the beach and the city centre. As well as enjoying Cannes itself we found some fantastic lakes nearby in the hills for picnics and swimming. The whole area is packed with things to do. the flat is clean and tidy, on the top floor and surprisingly quiet at night given the city centre location. We'd definitely go back.
Recommended for:Romantic getaway, tourists without a car, families with teenagers, families with young children.

We have been to Cannes for the last four summers and this apartment's location was ideal for us. It is close to the shops, market place, railway and bus stations, beach and for the evening all the bars and restaurants. The comprehensive information pack in the apartment was very useful and we would never have visited some of the places if we hadn't seen the collection of information leaflets. A visit to Beaulieu-sur Mer to see Villa Kerylos and Villa Ephrussi de Rothschild is well worthwhile. Make use of the bus for other trips along the coast and inland it's great value at one euro per journey. The apartment is bright, clean, nicely decorated and the kitchen is stocked with enough equipment to make a meal if desired. Our two teenagers loved the loft. The location is superb. You are situated in the heart of where you would want to be in Cannes. You are surrounded by restaurants, stores and no more than a 3 minute walk to the beach. Two blocks away you will find a market that sells fresh fruit, vegetables etc. and there are patisseries, boulangeries and traiteurs across from the market. We ate fresh every morning after our walk to the market. We would definitely come back to this apartment on our next visit if it is available.
