This popular property is located in the preferred location of Laguna Beach Village. This is a great property with ocean views in a great location.
This remodeled ocean view property is located in the immediate downtown village area of Laguna Beach. You will be very happy with this choice. It is an easy 5 minute walk to all downtown village amenities; restaurants, beaches, movies, ice cream parlors, shopping district, art galleries, art festivals, museum and picturesque beaches and coves pictured. THE LOCATION CANNOT BE BEAT. If you choose, leave the car at home for your entire stay. It is conveniently located close to all downtown activities, yet it is in a quiet area of town. The property is located on a cul-de-sac, isolating it from all the downtown traffic and noise. The view is actually better in person than can be shown on the internet.
The property has been recently renovated and is upscale, yet comfortable. It has a large front deck that has an ocean view and cool ocean breezes. It has a nice private backyard. It is 3 bedroom 1 and 1/2 bath and sleeps 6.
CLIENTS STATE THAT THE PROPERTY IS BEAUTIFUL; EVEN
BETTER IN PERSON THAN THE PICTURES ILLUSTRATE.
The front bedroom and the living room area both open up through French sliding doors to the front deck. The front deck extends across the front of the property. The master bedroom has a queen size bed, new closet and furniture and a 20 inch flat screen TV.
The 2nd and 3rd Bedrooms each have upgraded queen mattresses and linens. One of these 2 BR's features a 37" flat screen television.
The living room area has a fireplace, new sofa, newer chairs and a Plasma TV (42 inches).
All rooms have upgraded/new/newer furniture, new carpet/tile, music players with CD and Ipod/MP3 capability. The design style is Tommy Bahamas/Pier One/Cost Plus/Pottery Barn type furnishings. Our color scheme for the walls is tan with white crown molding and white ceilings.
The property is accented with artwork (both indoors and out) desks, computer access, local telephone, broadband cable internet access.
The private backyard has a table with seating for 8, two chaise lounge chairs, a fountain,outdoor art and a garden area. It has a Bar-B-Que and there is outdoor lighting. The washer and dryer are newer and for this property only.
The kitchen is comfortable and has newer appliances. There is parking dedicated to the property.
The property is appropriate for children and pets can be approved. But, pets must be approved.
This property is decorated wonderfully. Beach towels, chairs, umbrellas & Boogie boards are provided. The property has everything needed for a great vacation.

Christmas Holiday Weeks $3000/wk. $150 non-refundable cleaning fee.
Initial deposit is $750 security fee for weekly rentals, $500 for less than week,

My 5th time renting in LB and by far the best location we've had. Everything you could possibly want is a short 5 minute walk. Bob K. was responsive to all my inquiries and property description was accurate. TV in every bedroom was nice. Would defintely hope to stay at this property on future visits.

Great property in a wonderful location! Lovely, comfortable and well appointed. Owner was terrific to work with and I'd highly recommend this property. It was especially nice to have a parking spot off the street. Could walk everywhere in town we wanted to go. Can't wait to go back!

We were very happy with our experience with the owner. He was very helpful in giving us information when we were planning our trip. He greeted us upon arrival. The house was very nice. It was comfortable and not too fancy for a beach house. It was also perfect for families with young children. The owner knew we had a baby and provided us with strollers, a high chair and a pack n play. The description is accurate in the listing. However, I think the house is nicer than the listing shows. It is hard for the pictures to do the property justice. The property was well maintained, but again, it was relaxed and comfortable to come home to after a day on the beach. I would definitely recommend this property, especially to families or couples. It is so close to really great restaurants and the beach. The location can't be beat! And, the property comes with two parking spots!

We have stayed at this property, and the one bedroom adjacent by the same owner, at least 6 times now and it is amazing. The unit is a five minute walk from the beach, town and Whole Foods. We park the car and don't need to drive until check out. The upkeep is immaculate, literally spotless. The three bedroom home is enormous, private and gorgeous with a huge front porch and private backyard with barbecue. I stay with my two children and we could easily invite another family and still have space to spare. We rent in Laguna at least 20 times a year and this is far and away the best rental property we have ever stayed in.

My family and I have flown from Atlanta and have stayed in the Main house two separate months over the last two years and are absolutely sick we can't make it back this year! There is no other home we would stay in after our experience with this Home and the Owner. In fact, I hate writing such a good review because I want to make sure this home is available anytime my family and I travel...however you would be missing out on all that Laguna Beach has to offer if you did not stay Here! The house itself has Everything! It is truly a Picturesque and fully Updated Cottage home overlooking Downtown Laguna and offering breathtaking views of the Ocean...oh and amazing Sunsets. If you like the Sunsets here at the house Be Sure and take a 5 minute car ride just up the Street to Alta Laguna Park (Top of the World) and enjoy the most breathtaking sunsets Laguna can Offer. This house has everything needed for a short stay or a month long stay like my family did. We have two young children and the owner even had a pack n play, highchair, and strollers waiting on us when we arrived for our youngest. You walk literally three blocks and you are in the heart of downtown Laguna and the Shops, Restaurants, and Beaches. With young kids that made life in Laguna Incredibly easy! The owner lives in Laguna as well and is a wealth of knowledge on all the things both to do and not to do. Having been two times now my wife and I feel like it's "Our Home" and our kids ask all the time when are we going back. We even flew our parents out to visit for a week and they stayed behind the home in one of the Owners 1 Bedroom Studio Apartments which was perfect for them. If you want to experience an authentic Laguna Beach stay, then I would say there is no other place that can provide the total package like this property. We can't say thanks enough to the owner for providing the Best Secret in Laguna!

My parents from the UK and us from Sydney stayed here for 15 nights. We had a lovely time, the house was very well equipped with everything you need and more which made it home from home and made our stay very easy and hassle free. Very clean and met with the description. The location was fabulous walking distance from the beach and cafes and restaurants. The owner was great to deal with and we would highly recommend if visiting Laguna Beach.

The house is a great place to enjoy a beach vacation. Close proximity for walks to the beach, shops, & restaurants. Nice safe neighborhood. Parking for two cars was a great benefit when we had guests. Pretty views of the ocean. Backyard provided a relaxing setting as well. Rooms are nice sized and comfortably accomodated a family of 6. Great little Mexican restaurant - La Sirena Grill - just down the hill on Mermaid Street. Bob, the owner, was friendly and easy to work with. Would definitely recommend this place to others.

This property exceeded expectations. Great views and wonderful sunsets. Very convenient location, walking distance to town and beach. Every amenity was available, nothing to do but bring your groceries.

The house was ideal for a family travelling with a baby. It was a short walk to the beach and main strip. Also, the porch that overlooks the ocean makes a wonderful spot to enjoy a glass of wine. We'd highly recommend this place.
