Casa de Aguja " The Marlin House".
Our gorgeous, condominium is located in the exclusive La Casa Que Ve al Mar condominium complex overlooking Zihuatanejo Bay and La Ropa Beach.
Experience the panoramic ocean view offered by this newly finished condominium from the moment you open the front door. It offers spectacular vistas from the open-air living room, dining area, kitchen and master bedroom. Casa de Aguja,The Marlin House, is a two-bedroom, two full bath contemporary condominium (approximately 1200 square feet). It is located on the fifth floor of the most recently completed third phase of La Casa Que Ve al Mar complex and has elevator access.
We have added a new outdoor terrace to the master bedroom in our condo. We are very excited about this project and feel that it is a great addition to our already lovely condo. Besides enjoying your morning coffee or afternoon sunset cocktail in our open air living room you can now feel like you are sitting on top of the world over looking Zihuatanejo bay and the Pacific ocean from our new terrace.
The unit has handicap access for ease of entry from the upper parking lot. Each bedroom is air-conditioned for your sleeping comfort with king size beds and 600+ count Egyptian linens. In addition, the unit offers a fully equipped kitchen,with a full size microwave, stove with oven and a water purification system. We have ceiling fans throughout the condo, and a washer/dryer. Maid service and bottled purified water are also provided. Both bedrooms are equipped with satellite LCD TV's and DVD players. In the living room there is an IHome and CD player for your use. Free high speed wireless internet service is also provided in the unit
The complex has two beautiful infinity swimming pools for your enjoyment and covered parking should you choose to rent an automobile. 24-hour security and gated access is also provided.
La Casa Que Ve al Mar is located on a hillside where tropical flowers abound and magnificent sea views are everywhere. A five-minute walk down the hill will take you to Playa La Rope, one of Mexico’s most beautiful beaches or a five-minute taxi ride will take you to wonderful downtown Zihuatanejo.
If you arrive in the late afternoon, you will have the opportunity to catch Happy Hour (2 for 1) at one of the many breezy palapa restaurants along La Ropa beach. What a better way to unwind from a long flight than drop your bags at the condo and head for the beach? We would like to offer to pay for your first round at Paty's or Eliva's on La Ropa with our complements.
We pride ourselves on our excellent on-site service record and growing list of satisfied clients. We offer the only full time, 24 hour per day resident staff management team in the complex. Our wealth of local knowledge regarding restaurants, shopping and local attractions will save you lots of precious vacation time. We also offer free Airport pickup, provide emergency contact service, can assist in international telephone calling via Skype, Have free high-speed internet service in the unit and can provide photocopy service if needed. We are dedicated to providing you with a pleasant hassle and worry free stay in our beautiful home. From the time you arrive at the Airport until you return home, we are here for you.

* Daily prices are in US dollars.
* We are an authorized property manager and are registered with the Mexican hacienda and only charge the official 3% Mexican room tax.
* Check-in time is 3 PM; checkout time is 11 AM.
* During high season free airport transportation may be arranged.
* If you have a late departure your luggage will be securely stored,
* Fishing charters can be arranged on one of our two our brand new super panga "The Huntress". and the "The Huntress II" Fishing for Sailfish, Marlin and Dorado is excellent during the high season. Early requests for charters are recommended as our calender fills up early. We practice Tag and Release on all billfish.
* The team can also arrange Kayak trips, Sunset cruises, Snorkeling trips and surfing lessons, will provide restaurant advice and reservations, and are eager to share all our local knowledge accumulated over 10 years in Zihuatanejo.
Beautiful sunsets are provided free of charge to all guests.

This has been a “fabulous “ vacation. This is the honeymoon we never had and will definitely be back. The condo is perfect in everyway and beautifully decorated. The view is spectacular; coffee in the morning looking out at the water and boats is breathtaking. The sunsets are beautiful from both the living room and master bedroom. Why the Owner Chose Zihuatanejo
A little history about our adventure to this beautiful paradise. We are an avid offshore fishing couple. After fishing here and in many different countries for about 10 years, we decided that we could have the best of all worlds, wonderful fishing, wonderful beaches wonderful weather and best of all, wonderful and sincere people. We found our oasis in this little laid-back unknown town known to the locals as Zihua. We hope that you will be as enchanted as we are.
The Unique Benefits at this Villa
The Marlin house is located close to good restaurants, within walking distance to town and beaches. La Ropa beach, (Beach of Clothes), is a five minute walk where you will find swimming, boating, para sailing, Hobie cats and kayaks, water skiing, banana boating and casual dining. Las Gatas beach (Beach of Cats) is located across the bay and can be reached by taking a water taxi from the town pier for 35 pesos, round trip. Great beach side restaurants and snorkeling. Sunset and night-time cruise boats, both sail and power are available during peak season. Most renters say that a week is not enough time to see and enjoy all that Zihua has to offer

he view from the condo is spectacular, and it is fun to watch the fishing boats race in every night at sunset. The condo is immaculate, and these photos don't do it justice. We were lucky enough to witness the sea turtles being born at Paty's one night, and fishing with Francisco was the best. We not only caught fish, but Francisco took us to Ixtapa Island and had a chef prepare them for our lunch while we snorkeled. I couldn't have wished for a better vacation.

My husband and I, along with my parents, stayed for a week at the 'Marlin House' 2 in early December. It is a beautifully furnished condo and was very roomy and comfortable for 2 couples. The photos don't lie- it really is as lovely as it appears in pictures! The condo is quite high up on the hill so you get a wonderful view of the bay from both the open-air living room and the large master balcony, complete with sunsets nightly. We have been staying here for the last 5 years and have no desire to go anywhere else. The propriators take exceptional care of you while you are there and the locals are among the nicest people we have ever encountered. The condo has by far the best sunset anywhere on earth combined with the pools and other ammenities makes this my favorite spot on earth. The fishing on the Huntress is by far the best fishing experience that can be offered. The Captain (Francisco) goes out of his way to make your fishing experience a memorable one.

We were fortunate enough to find The Marlin House after an extensive search of places to stay and right from the start I had a good feeling about it. Dee who owns the Marlin House with her husband Mike was delightful on the phone and offered to pick us up from the airport. She immediately made us feel like family yet offered us an extremely private and secluded setting. It was like having the B & B host of your dreams while staying in an exquisite & serene vacation rental. We had less time to stay than we would have liked but thanks to Dee we extracted absolutely the most out of every day we were in Zihuatanejo. She pointed us in the direction of all the best restaurants, sites and activities, by far the best of which was a trip out on The Huntress (her boat) where we caught 10 fish. Francisco the captain was the ultimate fishing guide and a great friend to spend the day with. Dee & Mike offer you the best way to visit Mexico and we cannot recommend The Marlin House enough. We are already planning on coming back in the spring only this time we want to stay 2 weeks! Hopefully they have some vacancy...

We had the most wonderful, relaxing stay at The Marlin House and the week went by much too quickly! When the door opened, we felt as if we walked into the photos on this website...the condo IS that beautiful and the view IS that amazing. The complexes two pools were wonderful, as well. To be able to enjoy the cool water and a breath-taking view of the bay, was a daily treat. Mike and Dee are so friendly, knowledgeable and helpful, it was as if we had been neighbors for years. We really enjoyed our stay and would definitely visit The Marlin House again if Zihautanejo is our destination!!

We spent a wonderful week in Zihua in Dee and Mike's beautiful condo. We went out on the "Huntress" one day with Captain Francisco and very much enjoyed seeing the coastline from the water and catching some fish. Wow! What a time we have had here. Our Vacation began the minute Mike picked us up at the airport, After arriving at La Casa Que Ve Almar and being warmly greeted by Dee and having her give us the tour of the Marlin House. The Condo is everything and more that the internet says, Beautiful is not enough! View....Warmth...Homey. You are instantly at home in your surroundings. The Condo is tastefully decorated, complete with everything that you will need, you only need to just enjoy. We cannot thank you enough Dee and Mike, we will take a small piece of Zihuatanejo home in our hearts and you played a large part in making that happen!! We will be back!

We had a great time, the Marlin House is everything that Dee and Mike promised and more. I will miss having my coffee in bed while watching the boats on the bay.
