Why the Owner Chose Windsor Palms (formerly Wyndham Palms)
We own a time share in Orange Lakes. One night we went out to Dairy Queen and there was a real estate office next door. One thing led to another and we had this house built in Windsor Palms when it was a new development.
The Unique Benefits of this House
We love the hot tub and the pool at the club house is converted to salt chlorination. It feels like you are floating. We have also converted our own pool at the house to salt chlorination.

Karen: We had a wonderful time! The house was comfortable and well laid out. All three generations enjoyed our stay...some for the whole week! The grill came in handy allowing us to cook out as well use the kitchen, instead of trying to find a place to seat us all. The kids did not want to get out of the pool as the weather was sunny and warm! The alarm at the door going out to the pool was a great safety feature and took the worry away for the parents that a kid would sneak out. Disney was the draw but we found lots of other things to do. Your recommendation of Kelly Park/Rock Springs was a great day to enjoy Florida's natural springs.

The house is just as amazing as it seems in the pictures and description. Everything was clean and spacious, and the entire house just felt like home. The pool was too die for, and the hot tub even more so. The houses location was also close to places like Disney World and Universal Studios! Myself and the others that stayed in the house really enjoyed our stay, and we hope to return next year! Karen was very helpful with any questions I had.

I would recommend this property to anyone. It is extreemly well laid out to accomodate --in our case 3 family generations. The location is excellent and the home most comfortable. This home is what memories are made of. Come, relax, enjoy!

Karen thank you so much for the opportunity to vacation at your house. It was spacious, clean and inviting. It looked exactly how the pictures did! It was more than enough room for the 9 adults and 3 kids that shared the space. The pool was a hit for the kids! I loved the feeling of the safe community. We look forward to returning for a visit in the near future. This was a wonderful way to end our summer!!

Hi Karen & Dennis. I wish I had some Disney Magic as to fly your house home with us to CT.! With two children and six adults we found the house to be quite spacious, very clean and nicely furnished. The pool and hot tub were an added touch to make our stay most enjoyable. Getting to and from the four parks were stress free with easy access from the house. We found it to be much beter than staying in the park. Our FL. vacation is over but I'm sure the WONDERFUL memories will remain with us. So happy our friends told us about your Beautiful Home. Karen, I want to thank you for all your help in making our week in Florida a wonderful experience. My Son was married on June 21,2009, with whole family present, followed by a week at Disney World. With 20 in the family, we needed two houses to sleep everyone, but your home provided enough room for all of us to get together for meals and plan our daily activities. My 4 children and their families all agreed it was the best family get together we have had. A lot of the credit goes to you for all your help in setting this up and you quick response to our questions. I would recommend your home to anyone planning a trip to Orlando needing a lot of room.

The house itself was lovely, comfortable and well appointed. So roomy and convenient! We were 4 adults and 2 active children. We loved the house itself, the pool was divine. Everything was clean and the beds were very comfortable. We all slept very well. The decor was tasteful and we got to Disney and back in very little time with no difficulty. Thank you for the best vacation location we've been in in a long time!

Hi Karen and Dennis-We just got home today from your wonderful home!! As I said in the note I left for you, my whole family(10 of us for the full week and 1 extra on the weekend) had a great time. We never felt crowded and we couldn't believe how easy it was to get to and from the Disney theme parks! The kids loved the pool-we spent plenty of time out there. We will definitely be in touch next time we plan a trip down south!
