WE ONLY RENT TO FAMILIES. Newly furnished, and decorated, this lovely ocean block condominium is located steps from the beach at 84th Street. There is a very spacious double balcony with comfortable furniture off the master bedroom and living room for morning coffee and evening cocktails while enjoying the ocean view and watching the evening sunsets. The master bedroom features a queen size bed with a full private bath.
The second bedroom is furnished with two double size beds and second bathroom. The living room has a double sized sleep sofa. There are three color TV's, two VCR's and one DVD. The unit sleeps 8. The ocean is about 150 yards from the condo. There is reserved sheltered parking for two cars. Unit has phone, WiFi(Wireless Internet)hookup, fully equipped kitchen with Microwave, dishwasher, refrigerator, cooking utensils and washer/dryer.

My family spent a few days in Ocean city for a lacrosse tournament and rented this unit. It was wonderful. Clean and stocked with all the basics you would need. The owners were very nice in answering all our questions and getting everything ready for us. The location is great - steps to the beach and steps to shops. There was plenty of room for all of us. The laundry facility was the best. Came home with clean clothes. What a great time.
Recommended for:Romantic getaway, families with young children.
