It rents for less than two average hotel rooms, but has all the amenities of a first class resort. The home includes a private heated swimming pool with spa and it will easily accommodate up to 6 people.
The home is located in the Hamilton's Reserve sub division, one of the nicest neighborhoods in the Disney area. Hamilton's Reserve is located less than one mile south of Rt.192. It is convenient to dozens of shopping outlets and restaurants and is less than 5 miles from downtown Disney.
The home consists of a very well-appointed living room, fully-equipped kitchen with attached eating area, separate dining room, full bath, and laundry on the first floor. The Master bedroom features a king-size bed, TV, DVD, VCR, and large deluxe en suite. The second bedroom has a queen-size bed, TV, DVD and VCR. The third bedroom has two full sized beds, TV, DVD, and VCR. There is a second full bath for the second and third bedrooms. The living room has a full size pull out couch.
A private, screened, heated pool and spa with quality pool furniture, is just outside through the patio doors in the living room. This property is privately owned and has 24-hour on call management and is spotless, with professional care for the pool and lawn every week.

This was our first time renting a home for our vacation and this is the way to go. This house was beautiful. It had all the ammenities of your home and some things you would'nt expect. We traveled with kids and the house was big enough for them to run around and play without disturbing others. The kids bedroom has a tv/dvd player and movies for their entertainment. The swimming pool provided hours of fun for the entire family. The neighborhood is so quiet and peaceful, makes for a nice evening to soak the hot tub or an evening swim in the pool. I have nothing but good to say about this house. I was really pleased with the owner, he's was easy to work with and made additional arrangements for our stay.. The house was so nice my son now wants to move to Florida and have a swimming pool in his backyard. Thanks Rick for making our vacation memorable and fun...

This house is clean, well maintained, has everything you want, and is convenient to Rte.192, which has every store you may want. Close to Disney too. We have booked for next March already.

We stayed here in October 2009 and absolutely LOVED it. The photos just dont do it justice. It was very clean and well kept. The owner was very accommodating and easy to reach if we needed anything. I simply cannot say enough about this property and the owner. Excellent value! When planning our 2012 trip, this house was the FIRST thing my 2 kids asked about.

We stayed at the rental for our daughter & son-in-laws dance competition at Loews/Universal. It is a quick drive to the attractions. Coming back to the pool & spa at night to unwind was very relaxing. The plants/trees around the pool provide privacy. The kitchen is full of utensils/equipment you need including a blender and a steamer. We were able to cook & BBQ healthy meals instead of eating out. When our brother with his 2 year old son came to visit, the little guy loved the pool & the Mickey room and he didn't want to leave. There was plenty of room and everyone was able to sleep comfortably. The neighborhood is quiet and friendly. When the guy/gal came to care for the pool it was unintrusive. He/she slipped in & out without us knowing. The owner is very responsive and accomodating. We highly recommend this rental. It has everything you need and more!

Our family stayed at this property the third week of June and were very pleased. The house looks even better than the pictures. It was clean and had everything we needed for our stay! The pool, which we used everyday was clear and refreshing, and the spa was great!! The owner was easy to work with.We have recommened this property to friends and family who are thinking about vacationing in Florida instead of staying at a cramped hotel. Hopefully we will be back next year !

Our daughter LOVED the Mickey Room, my husband and I enjoyed coming home from the parks each day to our very private pool and hot tub and being able to enjoy a nice adult cocktail as we relaxed. This home is exactly as it is shown in the pictures except with more. There were lots of little "extras" and we felt at home there. We would highly recommend this home!
