July 1-Labor Day week .. 2 persons : $875/week; 3-4 persons: $900/week.
We request a deposit of 25% of total amount and fully reimbursable
if cancellation is received 14 days before your scheduled arrival date.
$50 withheld if cancellation received within 13 days of scheduled arrival date.
Off-season rates are available. Sat-Sat is preferred. Three night minimum for
off season rental, at $100/per night.

Dunlukin is a great little getaway with all the amenities of home. The home is clean and well maintained. The lake view is spectacular. The three season room is a wonderful place to relax and have your early morning coffee. The front yard is spacious and allows for games such as croquet and a spot to park a boat. We always enjoy our time here, especially the barbecues and late night fires on the beach. This is truly a great place to relax and put your feet up!
Recommended for:Romantic getaway, tourists without a car, sightseeing, adventure seekers, age 55+.

Dunlukin is a wonderful rental, nicely located on Lake Champlain and for touring the Adirondacks. We enjoyed morning coffee outside watching the sunrise, and in the evening enjoyed a glass of wine watching the boaters. The cottage is clean, and has all the necessary amenities needed for a great get-away. We packed a picnic lunch and took day trips to Ausable Chasm, High Falls Gorge, Natural Stone Bridge & Caves, and hiking. We cooked most of our suppers on the BBQ, and ate in the screen room. I have recommended the VRBO to friends and family, and will look into booking it again when visiting the area.

We are having our fourth stay at the lovely DunLukin cottage in July 2010. Roland and Claudine are the most gracious, unobtrusive and accommodating hosts you ever could ask for, the cottage is wonderful, and the sunrises over the Lake are breathtaking. We've stayed on the Lake at Point au Roche for at least a week about 20 of the last 30 summers, and there simply is no better place to stay for a relaxing, quiet week than DunLukin -- with a "splash" of Montreal or Burlington mixed in about midweek.
Recommended for:Sightseeing, age 55+, families with young children.

This will be our third stay at DunLukin. We love the location for walking and especially the convenience of visiting family. The cottage has all of the ammenities of home. We especially enjoy the enclosed porch facing the lake. We sit out there for hours taking in the beautiful view of the Green Mountains and the beautiful boats on Lake Champlain. Roland and his wife are excellent hosts.

We enjoyed our stay at Dunlukin Cottage. The cottage is very nicely decorated and well-maintained. It has everything you need for a week away from home. The kitchen is fully equipped. The cottage sits only 30 feet from the lake. It has a nice sunroom with a fabulous view of Lake Champlain and the Green Mountains. There is a small gravel beach where we had a campfire every night. The state boat launch is within walking distance. The owners are very warm and welcoming and we would definitely consider staying here again.

My husband and I are so lucky to have found this gem on Lake Champlain. The breath taking view of the lake and the mountains of Vermont are priceless. The cottage is welcoming and very tastefully decorated with an Adirondack theme. We enjoy the location for walking, swimming and visiting with our families. Its so convenient. We especially find the cottage and its environment relaxing. We look forward to our visit at Dunlukin in the Summer 2009. Thank you Roland and Claudine.
