Private house with large yard, directly on lake Champlain. New York State boat ramp is only 1 minute away. Point au Roche State Park is less than 5 minutes away. The park has nature trails and sandy beach. Two marinas are also located not far from the property.
Memorial Day-Labor Day week .. $850/week
We request a deposit of 25% of total amount and fully reimbursable
if cancellation is received 14 days before your scheduled arrival date.
$50 withheld if cancellation received within 13 days of scheduled arrival date.
Off-season rates are available. Sat-Sat is preferred.
