Newly Renovated 2nd floor villa that is Gorgeous, Spectacular and convenient to all Myrtle Beach attractions. This spacious, three bedroom and three bath villa is located in a secluded area, yet only a short walk to the beach. It has been professionally decorated, in a spectacular tropical & contemporary theme and includes all the necessary amenities to make this your home away from home.
The living area features ample seating, a TV and DVD player. The dining room seats eight. Full kitchen includes: Refrigerator, stove, microwave and dishwasher. Washer & Dryer is in the condo. The master bedroom has a king-size bed, the front guest room has a queen-size bed, and the entry guest room has two twin beds. Each of these three bedrooms has a private bathroom, as well as a TV. A queen size sleeper sofa, in the living area, provides additional sleeping accommodations.
Kingston Plantation, a gated community, offers half-mile of white secluded beach and 145 magnificent acres of gardens and park like vistas for your enjoyment. Inside Kingston is a state-of-the-art sports and fitness facility including pools, supervised children's activities, a Caribbean theme pool complex, fitness machines, tennis courts, spas and do not forget, two great on-site restaurants. We really loved this unit. We have been renting in Kingston for over 15 years. We have rented in high rises, and lodges. Our family size changes frequently. This unit is beautifully decorated, clean and very comfortable. I recommended the place to my neice & her family. It is a short walk to the beach and even shorter to the Richmond Park pool which is a very nice pool.
