This condominium is modern and bright, painted in light beach colors. This immaculately clean condominium, named the "Green Dolphin," has two large bedrooms and sleeps six. There is a full eat-in kitchen attached to a spacious family room. The master beadroom has a queen size bed and the other has two twin beds. The family room has a pullout sofa bed (queen size).
There is a balcony with table and chairs with beach views, an outside shower and separate foot wash. Parking is available under the unit for one car and room in the driveway for another car. Seaside Grill, a family restaurant, is at the end of the street. Only three houses from the beach, this condo has perfect access to the private beach. And, with its great location, you are minutes from downtown Bethany, Rehoboth, Dewey or Ocean City. If you really want your vacation to be perfect, with a great location, friendly neighbors and a comfortable laid-back atmosphere, stay at the Green Dolphin.

Bethany Beach is a very quiet beach community with a quaint downtown and a family atmosphere. Our community of Tower Shores offers all the ammenities of the the beach towns but also a private beach and great location.

Wonderful little property at the beach

We stayed here for one week at the end of July 2011. The description and photographs supplied by the owners was quite accurate. They were very accessible by phone and email, answered all our questions - even giving some wonderful restaurant recommendations - and were pleasant to deal with. In addition, they also stay at the property themselves, which we personally found very reassuring. The condo is located on the 2nd floor of a building VERY close to the beach (it does not face toward the beach, but parallel to it), in the center of the street with a delightful seafood restaurant at one end and the beach at the other. We found it to be clean, bright, comfortable, and well-maintained, with all the amenities one could want or need - washer & dryer downstairs, outdoor shower, fully-equipped kitchen, and comfortable living room and bedrooms. The Tower Shores community itself is very nice, and we highly enjoyed our stay. The state park beaches are short drive to the north on the coastal highway, and the town of Bethany itself is a short drive to the south, so it's perfectly placed. We would heartily recommend this property to anyone thinking of staying there.

We had a fantastic time at the Green Dolphin! The condo had everything we needed and more. It was so nice to be just steps from the beach and the owners were great to work with and were available for questions/concerns, etc. We hope to stay here again in the future.

We had a great time in this unit. It is extremely clean and quiet, and the beach was just a few steps away. The beach was great too, not at all crowded, and the people were nice. We'll be back next year!

This is just what we needed! Close to the State Park for fishing at any time, as well as quiet, and close to the beach! Couldn't ask for a better location!
