    We had a Great time at Luau 11, we enjoyed this Condo very much. Everything was as the owner said it would be. Easy Check in, Clean, Keyless entry was very nice. The view of the Beautiful salt water pool , the grounds and the Gulf where Wonderful. We found a little place about a mile down the the road by Winn Dixie, that brought in fresh fish every morning at 9:30 , Skippers is the name. Best Crab and Shrimp Chowder(homemade) by owners Mother we ever had. Plus, they pack up fresh seafood to bring home...We also found a little place on the Harbor call Dewey's seafood (do not dress up) best stuffed Shrimp I ever ate. We also enjoyed the Wharf with the Grandkids, Zip Lines etc. Food, drinks whatever you need. Another broken egg is the best for Breakfast! Lots of places to shop and things to do. We found out next trip will be much longer...Did not want to leave. If the Condo had been empty I would still be there. Loved it! Thank you, for the use of your Condo we enjoyed it very much. Your friends from The Great Smoky Mountains TN Bill & Sharon We will be back soon.

    Recommended for: Adventure seekers, age 55+, families with teenagers, families with young children, girls getaway, tourists without a car, romantic getaway, sightseeing.

    This is a fabulous condo that offers everything a family of four will need to enjoy Sandestin. The sleeper sofa in the living area was perfect for our daughters age 13 & 8. The kitchen will accommodate all meals you desire to make. The washer/dryer are handy to reduce the laundry load when you return home. There is plenty of parking. The elevators are quick and the third floor location is great for using the stairs. The pool area is beautiful and the walk to the beach is less than 200 yards or so. The balcony overlooking the pool and golf course is the perfect place to spend the morning with coffee. You won't be disappointed with anything in this place!

    Steve & Julie, Thank you for letting us use your condo. It was a real nice place. It helped make our vacation a good one! We rented bikes and rode them everyday. We will be sure to recommend this condo to all of our friends.

    This condo has it all! What a view. We're so glad the Hilton was booked and we found your place. We ate at a few places around the resort. Then we drove into Destin to Dewey's Seafood. It was great. One really feels like one of the locals while eating there. You'll see us again next year! I'll be passing the word to our friends in Baton Rouge.

    Thank you both for sharing your beautiful condo with us. You did a great job decorating it! We both grew up in the Birmingham, Al area and spent summer vacations on these beautiful beaches.

    Steve and Julie, We came to Sandestin to celebrate our 2nd wedding anniversary - we loved the condo! The beach was the most beautiful we've seen, the water is just gorgeous! The salt water pool was fantastic and all in all a lovely time. P.S....loved the keyless entry system

    (From our in Condo Guest Book) Dear Steve and Julie, Thank you for a wonderful experience at Sandestin. This was our first time here but we know it will not be our last. The 4th of July fireworks on the beach were incredible! We discovered there are several ways to watch the fireworks. You have amazing views of them directly on the beach, or by the beautiful Luau pool or from the Luau Observation Deck. We look forward to many more family vacations at Sandestin.
