The ranch with Two Houses are only 7 miles from the town of Westcliffe. We are at the end of the road, surrounded by the foothills of Bull Domingo Ranch.
House #1
Two bedrooms each has its own master bath with soaking tub and shower. One has a king bed, the other has day-bed that converts to a king. There is an air bed for additional guest. Sleeps 5-6
House #1 also has large living area with exposed beam ceilings. The kitchen is well appointed with new appliances. There is also large outdoor deck with grill. The deck is covered and has amazing views of pikes peak and ranch meadows.
House #2
This is a Three bedroom. The master is downstairs with a king bed. The attached bath has soaking tub and shower. The 2nd bedroom has bunk-bed that sleeps 3 and has its own sink. the third bedroom has a day-bed that converts to a king, it also has a sink. The second bathroom has a shower and tub, it is upstairs between the Two bedrooms.
House #2 also has nice family room with pellet stove. The kitchen is also well appointed with new appliances. There are Two decks, both are covered and there is a gas grill.
There is a lot to do at the ranch. Lake Deweese is only 1.5 miles away. My daughters and I have fished this lake from shore and kayaks. The Sangre De Cristo mountains are less than 15 minutes away. There are over 40 alpine lakes, and numerous hiking and camping opportunities. Also a great place for winter activities. sledding, snowshoeing and x-country skiing.
Westcliffe has live theater, bowling alley and nice restaurants. There are plenty of shops that have unique western gifts and clothing.
This is a great weekend or week vacation. For larger parties a second house is available.
