Best of all, you'll find that our home is only a short ride from the beachfront and lapping tides of the Gulf of Mexico.
As you enter this home and ascend the main curving staircase, you'll be brilliantly illuminated by the rays of the sun shining through the home's signature skylight. Designed with an open floor plan, vibrant colors and warm bamboo flooring, you'll feel instantly transformed. Find your spot to easily relax in the main living space bordered with a wall of floor to ceiling disappearing doors, overlooking the spacious elevated deck, a private pool and the daily happenings on the canal.
If cooking is your passion, create a feast in the fully equipped kitchen with stainless steel appliances and serve it to the hungry masses in the adjacent dining space. Afterwards, take a leisurely sunset stroll and upon your return, take in a television program or watch a DVD on the large screen TV of the home theatre system.
The interior of DaBeach House 2 is decorated to create a feeling of sheer E-A-S-E. The colorful hues and patterns of the tropical south Florida Gulf islands were our inspiration as captured in the sun yellow, terra cotta and sea greens and blues.
The three separate sleeping quarters offer bed space for six occupants. The Tropical Palm master suite is a masterpiece of comfort. Decorated in the spirit of the warm Palm Springs rattan, our visitors slumber peacefully in the spacious queen sized bed and adjoining private ensuite bath, with separate shower and lounging tub. Our first guest room represents the blue hues of the sky and warm yellow of the sun. It is furnished with an ensemble of white-washed plantation shutter inspired pieces. As the natural light fills the space, it brings a well known south Florida smile to your face. Two guests can tranquilly sleep in the cozy queen size bed. The second guest room brings to mind the green hues of the sea and morning yellow of sunshine. It, too, is furnished with an ensemble of white-washed plantation shutter inspired pieces. Two guests will easily find a space to relax into their dream state upon the comfortable queen size bed. The guest bathroom with glass enclosed shower is shared by both guest bedrooms.
DaBeach House 2 also offers the convenience of private laundry facilities on the main living level. Take a morning wake-up dip or salute the days' sunset with an evening of relaxation in the heated private pool overlooking the waterway. Enjoy the large, expansive upper deck, or sit pool side, all under a two story screened in lanai. Watch closely, you might even catch the dolphins and manatees at play.
Got a pole? Fishermen and women can try their hand at catching the local sea life from the backyard day dock and deck area. Charter or bring your vessel, and explore the many mangroves of the 10,000 islands or set your unobstructed course for the waters of the Gulf of Mexico. If you are a land-lubber, take your toes for a stroll along the seven coastal miles of sugar-sand beaches or rent a bicycle and hit the bike path. |
