Our spacious new lakeside villa is superbly furnished, with vaulted ceilings and has full air-conditioning,with ceiling fans if preferred.The master bedroom is furnished with a king-size bed,TV and DVD, and has a walk-in closet and a bathroom with a large shower cubicle and separate bath tub.There is a further double bedroom with queen-size bed,and two twin bedrooms.
A fully equipped kitchen adjoins a spacious breakfast area and in addition there is a more formal dining and living room.
There is a family room which opens onto the pool area with a southwest outlook towards the lake - perfect for enjoying the sunset.
The pool has electric and solar heating, and the poolside dining area has a cooling fan.
Fort Myers Beach has 7 miles of crystal white sand and is also a center for boat charters. There are many restaurants from casual to fine dining, and quality seafood is a specialty. Nature lovers can see dolphins and a multitude of sea birds close to the shore and visit the wildlife refuge on Sanibel Island. Golfers will find over 40 courses in the Fort Myers area.
There are shops nearby including a high quality supermarket, 24-hour pharmacy, and video rental; but for those with more serious shopping in mind, there are two large malls as well as two outlet centers in Fort Myers.
