This condo is ready to accommodate your vacation needs. It can be rented as a 2 BR unit, sleeping up to eight, or as separate 1 BR units, each sleeping up to four, each including a bedroom as well as a family room/quiet room. It is perfect for the larger family, two families vacationing together, or even a couple looking for a break from the normal routine. Located toward the top of Iron Mt., in the beautifully landscaped community of Nordic Village, each unit comes complete with breathtaking mountain views as well as a jacuzzi tub.
During ski season, you are ideally located, with about a 15 minute drive each to Black Mtn., Wild Cat, Attitash, and Cranmore. There are cross country skiing trails on the property, a couple of minutes away in Jackson, and there is a large bowl for sledding right in your backyard.
The location is ideal, just down the road from Story Land, close enough to come back for lunch, or to take a quick dip in one of the pools. Situated along the Jackson/Glen town lines, it is also just a couple of minutes to the center of the quaint town of Jackson, the Jackson Falls, and Wentworth Golf Club.
You may choose to go out and explore all there is to do in the Mt. Washington Valley: tax free outlet shopping, fine dining, family entertainment or outdoor adventures. However, you may opt simply to never leave the grounds of Nordic Village, while lounging around the indoor pool and hot tub, outdoor pools (including 1 year round heated) and hot tub (open & heated year round), on the walking trails, at the playground, playing tennis, basketball, croquet, bocce, or on the rowing/skating pond. During the summer, you can spend your time enjoying the tranquility of Nordic Falls, or taking in the evening bonfires and family entertainment. During the winter, you may choose skating on the pond, or s'mores at the evening bonfires.

We hope you will enjoy our home away from home as much as we do. You will find some of the best views on the Nordic Village property, an end unit, giving you lots of light and more privacy. There is lots of space in the back for playing games, cooking out, or finding a quiet spot to read. Or, if there is snow on the ground, you can walk out the back door, across the yard, and slide right down the hill. We have owned this unit for about a year, and are continuing to improve it to make it even more comfortable, and a place where family memories can be created for years to come. This past year's projects include a new washer and a new dryer, new air conditioning, two new gas fireplaces, and redecorating of the master bathroom. We have lots of plans for the next year, including refurnishing of both the great room and the den, and hope you will also be able to enjoy these upgrades with us.
