This lovely 5 bedroom family home is waterfront at the end of a beautiful slough which opens to one of the largest areas of Lake Tuscaloosa. Bring your water toys and invite your friends and family for a wonderful lake vacation!
Deep water all the way to the private boat dock. Easy access to the large body of water right at the end of the slough. The slough is also a popular swimming area on the week-ends for the homeowners and guests who live and vacation there.
The huge covered party deck overlooks the serene views and invites lingering over dinner with the outdoor speakers, paddle fans, and chirping crickets. There is a charcoal smoker grill on the lower patio.
Available for football week-ends, too. Great accommodations for you and your friends to gather after enjoying the Bama games or other sporting events. Or plan a family vacation at the lake and just enjoy the easy living!
Main level has 4 bedrooms with queen beds. The walk-out basement has another queen bedroom and bath plus a game room with pool table, game table, ping pong, and TV area. Game room opens to large yard, covered patio, and lake views through french doors and bedroom windows.
We have a small boat launch on the property for jet skis and small boats, and a nice pier for your own boat. There is also a neighborhood launch nearby for your use.
Wonderful restaurants are also nearby if you get tired of cooking out!
Sorry, we are not allowing pets at this time---newly redecorated and remodeled. This is our own vacation home which we share with others while we can't be there.
Price is very reasonable for such a large, upscale home, but feel free to inquire about
last minute discounts for non peak times.
