Hollywood Beach Penthouse, 100 Feet to Beach + 30 Ft Balcony!

  This is the second time we have rented this unit. We brought my parents in their 70's, and they were thrilled with the location (steps to beach & pool), the elevator (they have a hard time with stairs) and the deck!!! We have family in Hollywood and they loved that they could come over and sit on the deck and chat. My husband and I loved our walk on the Broadwalk every morning. Would highly recommend this place for 2 couples who want to park your car and walk.

  We were very happy with the size and layout of the condo. It is obvious that this was a very well planned unit and the furnishings added to our pleasant stay. Its location within steps of the beach and boardwalk were exactly as represented. When we inquired regarding some minor inconveniences, the owner couldn't have been more accommodating in satisfying us. Being situated close to South Beach and Las Olas entertainment in Fort Lauderdale made our stay even better. It is safe to say that this property was a real showplace when built and, even though it shows some age, it is everything that was advertised. We will book again if we are in the area and we would recommend it to family or friends.

  This is the third time i have rented this condo. It has a huge balcony with cover incase of a mid day squall. All the rooms are large and spacious so you can have friends around..... Its clean and very well furnished...its like being at home but 1/2 a block from the beach...

  Recommended for: People with disabilities, age 55+, families with teenagers, romantic getaway, families with young children, tourists without a car.

  This is hands down the dirtiest rental condo we've ever see. The walls were filthy, the sheets were old dirty and everything mismatched. I found someone else's hair and 'stains ' on the sheets of the master bed. The whole place was hideous and dingy and reeked of decay and age. On our first night we were greeted by a giant roach that strutted across the floor during dinner,needless to say we never ate around the table again. The balcony was dirty and depressing just like the inside of the condo. The DVD player did not work and the cble offered maybe 10 channels only half in English and the tiny tv had poor service. I cant recommend this place to anyone. IT SHOULD NOT be rented out at all without extensive work, a complete cleaning ,new furniture and a major paint job.

  Were there for 1 month in March, it was a really nice change to stay in Hollywood. The location of this condo was just perfect. The boardwalk was right outside your door and just steps away from O'Malleys. Condo was large enough to accommodate our family of 4 + 2 other guests on a blowup mattress in the living area. The balcony was the selling feature of this condo. Does not overlook the ocean, but you can see the intracoastal from one side and the beach from the other side. The time we spent at the condo was spent on the balcony. Would definately go back to Hollywood and would stay here again. Thanks Jewel. Hope to see you next year. If anyone has any questions

  My wife and I booked a week stay at this condo. Once in the apartment we found the place dirty, stains all over the rugs, walls that were half painted, closets that were filled with junk, and TV's that worked very poorly. The place is no where near as described. There were ants inside the dishwasher and crawling on the counter top. There were dirty dishes and old food in the cabinets. As far as the ocean view, you can see it very little if you go out on the dirty unkept porch with the dead flowers & shrubs and look very hard. We were hoping to sit on the rooftop patio of a "penthouse" and relax, but right across from the "penthouse's" patio is a very well lit parking ramp where cars go in and out at all hours. The bed was very uncomfortable, and the noise from garbage trucks and other traffic woke me early in the morning. We will not be returning.

  My family and I rented this property on December 27th, 2008.The Property was clean, spacious, and located in a perfect spot meters from the Beach and boardwalk. Great Restaurants and stores within walking distance. Everything we needed and more was provided. New appliances in the Kitchen and Washer and Dryer in-house. Balcony was a nice touch to have over looking the intercoastal and Beach. Neighbors were very helpful and pleasant. Pool was clean and a lot of chairs available. My Dealings with the owner was A+. My kids can't wait to be back..

  We stayed at this condo from March 28-April 1, 2008 and were very satisfied. It was greatly located, very clean with private underground parking. It was a much better set up than staying at a hotel because you have your own kitchen and living room. Location was great whether you land in Miami or Fort Lauderdale. I would certainly rent it again if I was back in the area. Dieppe,NB, Canada

  The condo is a few feet from the beach and has water views from the large porch. Both beds were comfortable and linens were plentiful. Kitchen and bathrooms were newly renovated . State of the art kitchen. Would recommend this condo for small families or 2 couples.
