The guest bath is single vanity bathroom with a step in shower. No tub to step over! Turn this bathroom into a private guest bath by closing the hall door. If you have bad knees you'll love using this shower instead of stepping into a tub. The master bath features a dual vanity separate from the bath area. A luxury waterfall jetted tub and shower highlight the private master bath.
COMFORTS OF HOME & MORE.
The screened porch has brook side seating for 6. In addition to the tranquil brook, you also have a view of the deepest pool. This fully furnished unit has 2 new gliding rocker recliners (New 2011), 2 king beds (New 2009), (3) 32' HD TVs, 3 DVD players, 2 VCR players, & 5 ceiling fans. The washer/dryer unit and Wi Fi are in the condo. No need to go to another building for either. Two choices of comfort in king beds with a Jamison 5 Star Resort Foam and a Kingsdown Royal TT. Our sofa sleeper has a 7' deep inter spring mattress. All linens are provided except pool towels. We furnish luxurious Egyptian cotton bath towels. Keep in touch with family and friendsd with our unlimited long distance phone service and high speed Internet service with up to 15MB.

Great location to be near it all, but not right in the middle of everything. My family and I had a great long weekend here. Very clean and comfortable place to stay.Recommended for: Girls getaway, age 55+.

The condo was very clean and well kept. None of the furniture was worn or stained. It was close enouph to all the attractions but far enough away to be peaceful and quiet. The screened lanai was fantastic. I sat out there to relax as often as I could even though it was so hot outside. We were absolutely amazed at what a wonderful place this was to stay! The only bad thing is that now we won't be able to stay in a hotel ever again! It is off the beaten path, very quiet, great friendly neighbors, and best of all... the screened in porch was a piece of heaven on earth~ The condo was clean as can be, and very well furnished. Sandy's tips were the icing on the cake for us. I felt like I wanted to be her friend after the 1st time we spoke. Keep up the good work, and we will definitely be back!!!Recommended for: Sightseeing, girls getaway, families with young children, families with teenagers.

We got back from Branson and staying at this great condo on Saturday, May 26. This is the best condo we have ever stayed in!! The condo was very comfy and homey, decorated beautifully. It seemed like home, but better!!! Sandy thought of everything. We absolutely loved the screened porch, the weather was awesome. We will definitely be back! We all had a wonderful time!! None of us wanted to leave!! We had a wonderful time at this beautiful place. The grounds are beautiful and we enjoyed many walks around the place. The condo itself is very easy access and is in a great location. The furniture and decorating is very nicely done, very clean and relaxing. It felt larger inside than the pictures tell. The outdoor room was a great place to spend time by the brook, so relaxing!! The owners were great, taking care of our every question and every need was met. They made this vacation so easy!! I recommend this to anyone. In our situation, we brought our elderly mom on a vacation and she found it very easy to get around with just a few steps in front. She was able to have her own room and attached bathroom, while my husband, daughter and I had ample room to find our own "space." The Internet connection was great and we appreciated the owners' attention to detail to make the place so very user friendly. We felt very relaxed and at home. Everything was great and we have many fond memories. We wouldn't stay anywhere else in Branson after this perfect experience!Recommended for: Sightseeing, people with disabilities, girls getaway, families with young children, romantic getaway, age 55+, families with teenagers.

We had a great stay this last weekend and we think it is mostly the wonderful condo we stayed in. It was just like the pics and more. We have been coming to Branson for years, but elected VRBO for the first time. We looked for key words and for us it was the babbling brook out the screen porch offered by Sandy and Gene. We look forward to coming back and everything went so smoothly. Loved pulling into town and going straight into our condo with no check-in or high sales pitches waiting for us since we were arriving late. Loved our stay at this condo, a few miles south of the strip. We looked at several and talked to the owner before booking. Sandy aimed to please, and has a book full of helpful information on Branson at the condo, in addition to sending out helpful information before arriving. The condo was immaculate. Most units charge a cleaning fee, this one does not. Parked right outside the door, so one of our members who uses a cane found it quite handy. There are six units in the building, this owner owns the two main floor ones. Nice, quiet spot to stay. Everything you would need was there, great selection of cooking utensils, high quality towels, soft toilet paper, tissue, coffee filters, movies, magazines, a few toys,puzzles, color books, crayons, etc. we will stay here again if we get back to Branson and will recommend it to others.Recommended for: Sightseeing, girls getaway, families with young children, romantic getaway, age 55+, families with teenagers.

Year Purchased: 2006
About the owner: Getting older...grey.....heavier....sore knees....but getting wiser. Now we have 4 vacation homes in Branson. Plus we are Grandparents and loving it. We share our vacation homes with our family. It is our grandchildren's favorite place to vacation. After out growing this condo, we bought the one next door. Now that we finished remodeling it in June 2010, it is also ready for you too. Our grandchildren ages 1, 3, 6, & 8, are the reason why we have 2 side by side condos. Now when the whole family comes we can stay together yet still have our own privacy. We also found our neighboring resort Pointe Royale Resort Golf Village has 24 condos that offer screened porches over looking a babbling brook, water fall, pond, gazebo & bridge in a landscaped setting. The view was too tempting for us so we now own 2 of the walk in 2 bedroom condos in that grouping. Later this year we'll offer those condos for our guests too. Our grandchildren and family have already checked them out and they've got their approval for another place for family fun and a memory creator.
Why the Owner Chose Branson:
The memories of happy vacations while raising our kids always centered around our trips to Branson. We needed to be able to relax and enjoy ourselves yet still provide a place our adult children and our very spoiled grandchildren could enjoy too. So we looked towards our favorite place. We no longer camp but we still wanted a place away from the noise and congestion like we found in the camp grounds. We found it in our vacation condos in our favorite town for making memories, relaxing and having a good time.
The Unique Benefits at this Condo:
A tranquil and relaxing outdoor setting without the afternoon sun was a must for us. We also wanted it covered so we could have a ceiling fan outside and screened. This condo offered it all. The screened porch over looks a babbling brook and one of the pools. You can hear the babbling brook too.
Since we have small grandchildren, we needed a place with close parking without a lot of traffic. Our sore knees required minimum steps outside. A shower stall instead of strictly tubs with showers was another plus. We also wanted each bedroom to have an adjoining bathroom so when couples travel together, no one would have to go down a hall or across the living room. The guest bath also exits into the hall so when we need to use the hide a bed, we can still have privacy in both bedrooms. Having the dining room separate from the living room was also a must so us gals could sit one place and the guys in another when the weather prevented us from taking advantage of the screened porch. Of course the guys get the recliners!!! I like to cook some on our trips so having a full kitchen with plenty of storage for my groceries was a must. The pantry supplied a place to store my goodies yet make it handy to cook and pack up when leaving. The landscaped grounds, pools including the grand kids 'toddler' pool, and playground has been a hit with the whole family. We even enjoy a dip in the hot tub which I never thought I would. We furnished it with the comforts of home. Now we are sharing our home with others who tell me they like our condo for the same reasons we do. Now we also have our Brookside Retreat right next door. With the front doors just a few feet from each other it works great when we have extra family along.
