Conveniently located; only 2.7 miles south of the strip, Hwy 76 Country Blvd. Nestled between Pointe Royale and Wyndham (Fairfield) at the Meadows, this condominium is on a low traffic street with parking in front. Only a short drive to live music shows, theatre shows, Silver Dollar City, outlet malls, Branson Landing, golf courses, shopping, restaurants, White Water, Celebration City, dining, museums, IMAX, Branson Belle and more.
TURN BOTH BEDROOMS INTO MASTER BEDROOMS. With the guest bathroom's doors exiting to both the guest bedroom and hall, you may turn the bathroom into a private guest bath by closing the hall door. This single vanity bathroom has a step in shower with seat. (Sorry, not handicap.) The master bedroom’s dual vanity is in the bedroom, separate from the bath area. This eases everyone’s preparation for their vacation plans each day. A luxury waterfall jetted tub and shower highlight the private master bath.
COMFORTS OF HOME & MORE. The master bedroom and living room both walk out to a screened in porch with brook side seating for 6. You also have a view of the deepest pool. This fully furnished unit has a separate dining room, 2 rocker recliners, 2 king sized beds, queen sized sleeper sofa, 3 TV’s, 2 DVD players, 3 VCR players, 5 ceiling fans, washer/dryer, all linens, & a fully stocked kitchen. You don't have to leave to keep in touch with the office; we have Wi Fi in our condo. Our brand new sofa sleeper has an unheard of 7" thick inter spring mattress and is a couple inches longer than the traditional sleeper mattress. We furnish luxurious Egyptian cotton towels for bathing. You’ll need to bring your own pool towels. Private sleeping for 4 with total sleeping for 6.
FAMILY FRIENDLY. The 4 R’s. Rest, Rock, Refresh and Relax! Inside boasts 2 rocker recliners & outside a rocking glider. Pool selections include approximate 3’-7’deep and 3’-5’deep pools plus a toddler wading pool. Take a stroll on the beautiful grounds, go to the playground or relax in the shared hot tub. The condo has a video library and magazines. Also convenient packing and unpacking....a pantry with plenty of room for your groceries and 2 walk in closets. Safety.... no door from the porch to brook. If you have a group, we can offer you a superb reunion location for up to 30 by teaming with other condo owners in our resort who privately rent.
LOCATION. Located off Hwy 165. It is only 2.7 miles south the strip---- Hwy 76 Country Blvd and Hwy 165 (corner of The Titanic). If coming from the south, we are 1 mile north of Table Rock Dam and then 1.6 miles east off Hwy 165. Close to the fun but away from the noise and congestion.
