SHOWER STALL & JETTED JACUZZI TUB
The guest bath is single vanity bathroom with a step in shower. No tub to step over! Turn this bathroom into a private guest bath by closing the hall door. If you have bad knees you'll love using this shower instead of stepping into a tub. The master bath features a dual vanity separate from the bath area. A luxury waterfall jetted tub and shower highlight the private master bath.
COMFORTS OF HOME & MORE.
The screened porch has brook side seating for 6. In addition to the tranquil brook, you also have a view of the deepest pool. This fully furnished unit has 2 new gliding rocker recliners, 2 king beds (New 2009), 3 TV's, 2 DVD players, 3 VCR players, & 5 ceiling fans. The washer/dryer unit and Wi Fi are in the condo. No need to go to another building for either. Two choices of comfort in king beds with a Jamison 5 Star Resort Foam and a Kingsdown Royal TT. Our sofa sleeper has a 7" deep inter spring mattress. All linens are provided except pool towels. We furnish luxurious Egyptian cotton bath towels.

Why the Owner Chose Branson
The memories of happy vacations while raising our kids always centered around our trips to Branson. We needed to be able to relax and enjoy ourselves yet still provide a place our adult children and our very spoiled grandchildren could enjoy too. So we looked towards our favorite place. We no longer camp but we still wanted a place away from the noise and congestion like we found in the camp grounds. We found it in our vacation condo in our favorite town for making memories, relaxing and having a good time.
The Unique Benefits at this Condo
A tranquil and relaxing outdoor setting without the afternoon sun was a must for us. We also wanted it covered so we could have a ceiling fan outside and screened. This condo offered it all. The screened porch over looks a babbling brook and one of the pools. You can hear the babbling brook too.
Since we have small grandchildren, we needed a place with close parking without a lot of traffic. Our sore knees required minimum steps outside. A shower stall instead of strictly tubs with showers was another plus. We also wanted each bedroom to have an adjoining bathroom so when couples travel together, no one would have to go down a hall or across the living room. The guest bath also exits into the hall so when we need to use the hide a bed, we can still have privacy in both bedrooms. Having the dining room separate from the living room was also a must so us gals could sit one place and the guys in another when the weather prevented us from taking advantage of the screened porch. Of course the guys get the recliners!!! I like to cook some on our trips so having a full kitchen with plenty of storage for my groceries was a must. The pantry supplied a place to store my goodies yet make it handy to cook and pack up when leaving. The landscaped grounds, pools including the grand kids "toddler" pool, and playground has been a hit with the whole family. We even enjoy a dip in the hot tub which I never thought I would. We furnished it with the comforts of home. Now we are sharing our home with others who tell me they like our condo for the same reasons we do. Now we also have our Brookside Retreat right next door. With the front doors just a few feet from each other it works great when we have extra family along.

Getting older...grey.....heavier....sore knees....but getting wiser. Now we have vacation homes in Branson. Plus we are Grandparents and loving it. We share our vacation homes with our family. It is our grandchildren's favorite place to vacation. After out growing this condo, we bought the one next door. Now that we finished remodeling it in June 2010, it is also ready for you too. Our grandchildren ages 2, 6, 8, & a new baby, are the reason why we have 2 side by side condos. Now when the whole family comes we can stay together yet still have our own privacy. We finally bought our third 2 bedroom condo at our neighboring resort Pointe Royale for when we need 3 condos. It won't be as handy as having the front doors only a few feet apart like our side by side condos; but it is close enough for when we need three condos at once. We have been slow finishing it so it is still not available to our guests. Hopefully it will be available by the end of the year.

This was a great condo, easy to find and close to everything. The kids loved being able to walk to the swimming pool and playground every night. I loved being able to do laundry and not be so crowded as we would in a hotel room. This is a great value compared to a hotel room. The owners are great and provide lots of information to help you know where everything is.

We just returned from a GREAT stay in Branson at this Brookside Condo! This unit was extremely comfortable and in a super location. The owner's provided really good information about the area, the attractions and some of the best eating places. We throughly enjoyed seeing Six, at the Hughes Brothers Theatre and "Encore" on the Showboat Branson Belle ... Excellent performances. We also saw The Three Redneck Tenors and Yakov ... Very Funny! Our last night was spent on the Branson Lake Queen viewing the fireworks .... Nice ride and show and Captain Dave was very nice! Our favorite meal out was lunch at the Gardens Restaurant ... It's a little hard to find but well worth the effort ... Great meal and really enjoyable background entertainment. We would definitely recommend this place for a fun vacation!

We (my wife and I, my parents, and my two children 11 & 9) stayed in this condo the week of memorial day 2011. We found it to be well appointed and maintained. It was very clean. The location was very convenient, just a short drive from the strip in Branson. Great pool that my kids enjoyed just a few feet away. It was the first time visiting Branson for all of us, so we appreciated Sandy's helpful tips. We had absolutely no issues or problems with the condo, but my impression was that if we did, she would have done everything she could to correct it. She is very conscientious. We wouldn't hesitate to stay again.

From the moment we arrived we were very happy. Very cozy, clean, and spacious. The owner thought of every little detail from a goodie bag full of snacks for our two year old to a huge guide to everything in Branson complete with directions and phone numbers. They supplied everything we needed and then some! We deffinatly felt like we were at home. Very conviently located to. We will stay here every time we come back if we can!

We are really getting spoiled by staying in condos and your condo did nothing to help that. It was wonderful, everything we wanted or needed. We surely hope to come back in summertime as outdoor screened porch would be wonderful then. Our time in the Branson area was perfect, from the weather, warm for this time of year, very quiet and not at all hectic which is exactly what we wanted for this getaway. The information binder had soo much info, which I read and did not use this time, but if a busier time was what we wanted, it would have been so helpful. Thanks Sandy, for helping this come together in such an easy way on short notice. We did love your beautiful condo and will be back if at all possible.

Sandy and Gene's condo was very clean and well equipped. This is our second stay here and would definitely return again. Sandy's information on the Branson area (shows, restaurants, etc.) was extremely helpful in planning our trip. We enjoyed the pool and the babbling brook nearby.

We really enjoyed our time at the Brookside Condo. It was very clean and comfortable. Almost everything you need is provided. We enjoyed the screened porch. It was so relaxing and the view of the pool and landscaped brook was wonderful. The king beds were just right and it was great that both bedrooms had its own bath. The guys really enjoyed the reliners. We also liked being away from all the crowded areas, but yet not far from anything. Silver Dollar City is always and good time. We also saw "Noah, the Musical". It was great and quite moving. The details in the stage and setting with all the animals was fabulous. We also took in Dixie Stampede. This was our third time, but we took my parents and they had never seen it or even been to Branson. What a thrill for them. We did some antique and craft shopping. I hope this condo is available when we come back to Branson the next time. Thanks, Sandy, for all your vacation "info".

Gene & Sandy, Thank you so much for the use of your condo during our visit to Branson 7-10 June. From the moment we walked in we felt right at home. The condo was squeaky clean and oh so convenient to everything we needed and for all of the shows. This was our second trip to Branson and we will not go again unless we can rent one of your properties. I'm sure the others are just as "homey". We especially enjoyed sitting on the screened porch listening to the babbling brook and frogs. I have only one suggestion that I would make and that would be to replace the TV in the living area with a LCD whenever it quits working. It's no biggy and we would still rent it tomorrow. Thanks again.
