My husband and I stayed at this studio, which was absolutely gorgeous. If you're looking for cozy, clean and a romantic getaway I would choose this studio. Great access to beach. Although we rented a car there were many restaurants and stores walking distance. There was also a trolley you could take to any destination. Angel was very accommodating and helpful in providing us information on restaurants, etc he would recommend. I would definitely go back. I would highly recommend Frenchy's if you go to Clearwater. Great food and friendly staff.

We rented this studio because it was within walking distance of a beach house our grandaughter rented for her wedding party....what a smart move! It was lovely to get up every morning, walk out the door to enjoy that amazing beach, collect shells, come back for a shower and breakfast on the deck. Enjoying the wedding festivities were even better knowing we had that peaceful oasis waiting for us each night. Angel was great from beginning to end.....could not have asked for a better experience and hope to return someday.

This place is a real find! Very nicely decorated and spotless! It's very cozy and perfect for a few days or weeks in the Clearwater Beach area. The beach is a few short steps away and can be seen from the great porch. This is an upstairs studio which adds to the view and the privacy. Angel, the owner, is very easy to work with and responds immediately to questions. The studio is walking distance to Frenchy's and other CWB restaurants and bars. We consider this place a hidden gem and are thrilled to have found it! Should we return to CWB, we would definitely stay here again.

What can I say about Beachside Suite.....It was just as good in fact better than when we stayed 8years ago....spotlessly clean.....well thought out and the most comfortable bed I have ever slept in......it was enormous.....getting up in the morning and walking along the beach was a delight....followed by brunch at either The Palm Pavilion or Shepards before a spot of sunbathing.....this place was close enough to everything ...we forgot to take our drivers license but no prob...yet relaxing and quiet....can't wait to return in the future .....Thank-you Angel and Linda .....Chris and Keith UK xxx

Great place and close to beach only a few feet away.Angel was great with everything and very helpful with everything.My wife and I have decided to go back because for the money and what you get cant be any better. Everething you need or want is within walking distance.

I would highly recommend this property. The studio was clean, comfortable and had everything you need for a comfortable and enjoyable stay. You walk out the door and are just a few steps from the beach. The bed was a king and was very comfortable. Everything was supplied from beach towles to beach chairs. I will definitely use this place again. Angel was friendly and made sure we had everything we needed. We had a wonderful time. This studio is upstairs but the stairs were wide and easy to climb with a sturdy handrail.

My fiance and I spent a week in this adorable beachside studio. Plenty of room, well appointed, clean, and comfortable. Couldn't ask for a nicer week only steps from the sand! Angel was very informative and helpful in letting us know where to eat and how to get around. We will definitely be back.

Only just printed the pics of beautiful sunsets and an awesome beach vacation. A great studio apartment for a couple to get away and enjoy the beach and beach town. The apartment had everything needed. Angel went out of his way to accommodate our flying schedule, a great host. We did not rent a car and felt we did not need it, even with the more than normal rain we encountered. Lots of ways to get around the area. Even with all the rain we had, we were able to sit out on the covered porch without getting a drop of rain on us. The patio roof was brand new and worked out great and made this a great space to sip wine, enjoy a meal, read, etc. The apartment is in a great location and literally only steps from the beach. Close to town yet away from any crowds. We had no complaints,everything was clean and well maintained, just be aware that this is an upstairs apartment with a full set of stairs, and would not recommend to anyone who has a problem with stairs. We would definitely rent this or the downstairs house again.

This place was perfect for my husband and I. It was very clean and had everything you could need to make your beach stay perfect. Angel and his wife were very gracious and made arrival/departure a breeze. I did check around at pricing of other rentals in the area and was reassured that I got a great deal on this little beach get-away. We would most definitely stay here again!

This is a cute studio on the beach. It was perfect for both my Husband and I. It was nice having a kitchen so we could cook at home instead of always going out. Angel was so nice and was always a phone call away. We loved getting up in the morning and being able to go right on the beach to look for seashells. We had a car but we hardly used it. There's tons of stuff to do within walking distance. Frenchy's Rockaway Cafe was the best on the beach. We loved going to Pier 60 to watch the sunset. I would also do Tropic's Tours to look for dolphins and Clearwater Marina Aquarimum where Winter the dolphin is. We will be back! Thanks for a great location!

We absolutely loved the studio apartment. It has everything you need, was very clean, and the location is perfect! A few steps out the door and you are on the beach. Everything is just a short walk away, so there is no need to drive anywhere in Clearwater Beach. The king size bed is extremely comfortable and you can see the beach from the bed. Angel was very friendly and accomodating. We can't wait to come back sometime in the near future!

My husband and I stayed here the last two weeks in February, 2011. We found this studio apartment very clean and comfortable . . . the perfect size for the two of us. We loved the location, just a few steps from the beach and a ten minute stroll to Pier 60. We went for long walks on the beautiful beach, collected lots of shells and sand dollars for the grandkids, and got lots of pictures of gorgeous sunsets. Angel and his wife were very accommodating, helpful and friendly. We would highly recommend this place and look forward to returning ourselves.

Can't Wait to go Back!

This was the first time my husband and I rented a property instead of staying in a hotel. I don't think we will ever go back to hotels. This was perfect. The price allowed us to stay a full week (where as with a hotel, we could have only afforded to stay 4-5 days). Couldn't have asked for a better property. The owners were so nice. Since this was our first time renting, I had a lot of questions. Angel was very patient with my never ending questions. Both him and his wife were welcoming and I loved that they would make suggestions as to what we should see or eat. The property was amazing. The beach is 30 seconds away. The property has a deck that is perfect for relaxing. My husband and I ate every meal at the table on the deck. The property does have a dining table but we couldn't pass up eating outside. While on our trip, the weather wasn't too hot but if it did get hot, there is an awning that covers the whole deck. Inside the property was very clean. It is the perfect size for 2 people. The bed was very comfortable and neither myself or my husband had a hard time settling in. This place is truly home away from home. We are already saving to go back next year.

Best place ever for 2 Angel and his wife was the best,the view from the room,and was steps away from were we were was breath taking,until you get here,you can't believe how great everything is,like i said Angel and his wife are just a phone call away if you need them and everything is within walking distance if you like to walk,or you can catch a trolley at the end of the street,which will take you all Clearwater and southbeach,for a small fare we bought a weeks pass,because we didn't use a rental save lots of money,and did lots of walking to.But everything is all there,very quiet end of the beach which is nice,you will see dogs at this part of the beach,walking with their owners to, otherwise there not a lot of teenager that hang out which is nice,that part is at the other end were pier 60.But like i said the room was great the bed was comfortable everything you needed was there. Thanks again Angel for all your help hope to return someday. NANCY

Angel is the best his suite is just what we were looking for,for a nice quiet weeks vacation,the room had everything you could want,very nice view of the beach from your bed window,we didn,t have a rental car so they have a trolley you can catch right down the street and ride all over for a small price. If you have any question Angel is always a phone call or lives right across the street if you need him,i just wish the t.v was bigger ,we never watch the other one,otherwise,you can't ask for a better place to stay for 2 and steps away from the beach. THANKS AGAIN ANGEL HOPE TO RETURN

WONDERFUL RENTAL! 20 steps from the beach, 50 to the water on the north beach of Clearwater. Very comfortable and very private with all the amenities of home. Full kitchen and cookware, big fridge and coffee maker. Everything on Clearwater Beach can be walked to including a bar less than a block away. I cannot say enough good things about this place but the fact that my girlfriend and I rent it 2-4 weeks a year speaks for itself. If you want to vacation in an office building, get a hotel room. If you want your own apartment on the beach, this is the place for you!

My husband and I stayed here the end of April 2010, and had a GREAT time! The property is clean, modern and very comfortable for 2!! (the king size bed was very comfortable also!) Kitchen area is perfect for dining in, or you can grill out as well (the grill area did need a little cleanup/update, but it was ok just to get dinner done). On the deck/patio there is a very cozy 2 person lounger to watch the stars at night or put the awning down and lay in the shade. From that deck you can get a pretty great view of the beach. The owners made some recommendations for shopping/dining that were spot on. There is a great sushi place close by that is very worth it. Fish tacos or grouper reuben are also great from down the street. There is a grocery store very close too (driving), or walking distance there are lots of corner stores for the essentials/forgotten items/drinks. The beach is literally steps away (down a few stairs and around the corner), and is very clean and relaxing. It is a little more quiet here than the southern end of clearwater (where we had previously stayed), so you can get some good reading done while digging your toes in the soft, white sand. The sunsets are absolutely BREATHTAKING!!!! That was one of my favorite parts of the day--watching the sun go down, and looking for shells and whole sand dollars. Got some spectacular pictures!!! Highly recommended for a couple looking for a romantic, relaxing vacation. There are lots of activities not far away though, if you so choose!!
