The condo's large private balcony overlooks the courtyard with many pools, hot tubs, grilling areas, and Gulf of Mexico. The master bedroom opens to the balcony, several at Waterscape do not. The condo unit has 864 sq ft, the balcony has 201 sq ft. The complex is built in a U shape and is located directly on the beach. The condo is professionally decorated with beautiful furniture.
When not enjoying the beautiful beaches, you are just a short drive to a variety of restaurants and shopping. Oklaloosa Island is quiet and peaceful (no high rises, traffic or congestion) yet easily accessible to Destin's and Ft Walton's many entertainment attractions such as the Ballet, Air Force Museum, Big Kahuna water park, and Silver Sands Outlet Mall (the largest shopping outlet mall in the southeast).

We were very pleased with the condo at Waterscape!!! It was very close to the parkging garage, which made loading/unloading super easy. The condo itself was beautiful AND very comfortable. Also, the view was beautiful! We could see the ocean and all of the waterpark below! Gloria, the owner, was so gracious! When we 1st got to the condo, we only had 3 wristbands instead of 5. Not only did Gloria take care of getting those to us ASAP, she also was kind enough to give us 2 extras for our visiting parents! We will definitely be staying again! Thank you!

The condo was just as described and fully stocked with any ammenity that you'd need. Very clean and comfortable and the location and view was terrific. The owner was very professional and a pleasure to deal with. Had my refund check within 2 days of arriving home. THe beach area was great. This location is a great fo both kids and adults and we will definitely stay here again.
Recommended for:Sightseeing, age 55+, families with young children.

Rarely ever does one find something that's too good to be true, but we found just that when we booked this condo at Waterscapes. The price was right, everything was clean, and the amenities were superb! We had soooo much fun in the water park! The condo was absolutely beautiful as well- nice decor, spacious, clean, comfortable, etc. Gloria, the owner, added to this experience for us, too, by making everything easy and painless. We would highly recommend this condo at Waterscapes!

The condo and resort was faboulous. Plenty to do for my kids ages 3 and 9 months. the kids water park and lazy river were very nice. Condo was very clean and the bed was so comfortable. The bunk beds were a nice touch and my kids loved them. Anyone considering staying here just book it and you want be disappointed. Parking garage and security made you feel secure and the staff was very friendly. Gloria was great to work with.

This is an incredible place! Great for kids of all ages. Tons to do for toddlers even. The condo was so clean and a wonderful location. Close to the elevator that takes you to the water area. Security is everywhere so you know your vehicle and family are safe. The bunk beds are in a great space and away from the living room and master bedroom. The view from the balcony is great. You can see everything. The beach very easy to access. The beach service is wonderful. Gloria was great to work with and so easy to get ahold of. Great place to stay!!!

Our family really enjoyed staying in this unit. It was tastefully decorated and all the applicances, just like the unit, are brand new. The complex has outstanding security and parking in the garage allows you to park right down the hall from the unit. Easy unloading and loading and going back and forth to your vehicle. The bed was very, very comfortable and the partial view of the Gulf is all that is needed. The Waterscape complex is top notch as well with beautiful blue pools, blooming flowers and swaying palms surrounding two pools, a lazy river and two hot tubs. A620 is all you need in a Okolossa condo.
