"Farlands" is a colorful attractive villa situated on the Montpelier Estate, with sweeping views of the ocean, nearby islands of St. Kitts and Saba, and Mt. Nevis and is great for viewing the fantastic Caribbean sunsets.
The West Indian style main house and guest house are white with blue shutters and gingerbread trim and sit in a lush garden with many varieties of tropical fruits and plants. In front of the main house is a 30’ x 15’ pool and beside it, reached by a little bridge, is a large gazebo, which is one of the three outdoor living and dining areas. Very private, "Farlands" is furnished throughout with comfortable island style furniture and original artwork. It is superbly sited to offer you the Caribbean experience at its best. The tradewinds gently cool you while you enjoy one of the most spectacular views of an island of breath-taking beauty.

Master bedroom suite with a 4 poster king sized bed.
Shuttered doors lead to the outdoor living room and dining area on the verandah which overlook the pool. On the lower level, adjacent to the pool, is a second bedroom with 2 wrought iron double beds and ensuite bath. The second bedroom has its own private entrance.
Guest Cottage:
Bedroom with queen-sized bed, bathroom, small kitchen and large verandah with sitting/dining area overlooking the garden.
Staff:
Maid service 3 mornings a week, weekly pool and garden maintenance.
