The couch unfolds to a sleeper for additional guests. The dining area offers seating for 6. The kitchen is well equipped with microwave, dishwasher, coffee maker, and side by side refigerator.

Master bedroom is furnished with Queen sized bed, TV, and private bath. The gulf waters are visible from Master window. The second bedroom has a full sized bed.

Large open deck and cemented area under home to park cars and gather to catch the breeze.
