Located on the Gulf of Mexico, this beautiful and completely renovated condominium sits on the fifth floor with spectacular view of the Gulf of mexico and Intercoastal waters. Watch amazing sunsets, see the dolphins play, or watch the boats cruise by from your private balcony.
Boat Dock is available just across the street, enjoy the heated pool. There are many wonderful restaurants all along Gulf Boulevard, with miniature golf nearby. This is a beautiful space to just sit and relax or just play outside.
There is a television in the living room and one in the Master Bedroom (with cable), plus a VCR, stereo. Smoking permitted on Balcony.

Hi Jeannie,We just returned from a wonderful stay in your condo. The location and view were awesome. It was so nice not to have to pack beach gear, towels, etc! Only had one little problem with the 2nd bedroom closet door, called Rochelle, and she had someone there and problem fixed in minutes. We had a great vacation with lots of memories to cherish. Thanks for all your help and budget considerations. Cheers to you.

We had a great time in Florida. Thanks for everything. My daughter, Mary, made sure everything was in good order when they departed. She did dishes and put them all away, straightened out supply closet with sand toys, chairs and umbrella (the umbrella was not marked, in case you want to make sure Rochelle takes care of that). We left several food items (no leftovers, only new or unopened items) including beer, soft drinks, condiments, etc. Mary left a note for Rochelle to take or leave for next occupants. Thanks for helping our budget a little in these less than ideal economic times

Hi Jeannie, I wanted to tell you how much Wayne and I enjoyed staying in your condo. It was very comfortable and we really had a nice time. The weather was nice, the pool was great, everyone we met were really nice. Rochelle was so nice, she gave us some tips on some good places to eat. You know the shuttle was launched on friday nite, well we saw it from the bedroom window. I couldn't believe it, it was awesome to see, especially since it was 150+ miles away. It looked like a big ball of fire. Thank you so much. Wayne and I had a nice relaxing vacation. We are already talking about next year, so I'll probably be in touch real soon so we can reserve something for next year.
