We spend two weeks with our 2 teenagers in August. When we arrived, the house was more than we expected, everything was perfect ! It was great to relax in the pool and the spa every afternoon after hours in different parks. I would recommend this house to all my friends and family. Thank you very much John and Barbara for your excellent service !

We had the most wonderful stay in this house! Truly a home away from home. We all loved the house, the game room and the pool. It was clean, spacious and the location was perfect; Close to a Publix market, a short drive to the theme parks and more shopping. Even a day at Cocoa Beach, a vist to Kennedy Space Center and a game of ice hockey in Tampa was possible. :) All the information that the owners provided about the house, the local area, the parks, shopping, etc was very helpful. We would love to come back!!

My family of six stayed at John and Barbara's house for nine days late in January 2011 and had a wonderful time! The house was clean, spacious, fully stocked, conveniently located to all we wanted to explore, and the neighborhood very safe...While Sandy Ridge is not a gated community, it does offer highly visible security patrol...Thank you again, John and Barbara, for opening up your house....

We stayed in this wonderful villa in Oct 2010 for 2 weeks, all I can say is it was just "sheer magic". The villa is everything they owners say and much more, The owners of the villa are fantastic - they gave you so much information to help you before your trip and whilst you are there. ie short cuts to the park, places to shop, places to eat etc. The pool & spa are a dream after a busy day at the park or a busy day shopping. My son was in the pool every morning and every evening, it did not matter how hectic a day it had been a play in the pool was a great start and end to the day. The games room kept the boys entertained many a night too. We now will never stay in a hotel again after the comfort, peacefulness & flexibility of staying in this fantastic villa. We would highly recommend this villa to anyone it is just wonderful. Thank you John & Barbara for all you help and advice and for making our holiday the best ever.

We stayed at John & Barbara's villa over Easter, and had the "mis-fortune" to be caught-up in the air travel chaos caused by the Icelandic volcano. Would have struggled to find a better place to be stuck! Have had a fantastic and unforgettable three weeks, made all the more enjoyable by such pleasant accomodation, which is so very convenient for the Disney attractions, and provided plenty of space and things to do for our family of 6.This truly was a holiday of a lifetime for us, as we also got to see one of the final shuttle launches.A special note of thanks also to Alan.Rebecca, Steve, Jonathan, Thomas, Nicholas & Francesca.

Stayed at John & Barbara's villa for two weeks in Aug. What an excellent place to base youself for the florida attractions. The short cuts that they sent were very very useful in beating the traffic to the Disney Complex. The Villa itself was absolutly superb and everything promised in the advertisement was correct, you could not fault anything. Could not get the Kids out of the pool Looking forward to staying there next time me and my family go to Florida

Just returned from our dream Orlando vacation Sept 5th 2009. Had a lovely stay, made all the more lovely by this great Villa! Great location, closer to Disney than Universal but still only 25 mins from there. Your custom directions were great, although the I-4 was fine every time I used it, its nice to have an alternative! Found The Loop also and enjoyed our Macaroni Grill, Ben & Jerrys and the Aeropostale shop there! Also found the Mall at Milennia which was lovely, just the right size. Had a great meal at the Cheesecake Factory there. Also drove to Cape Canaveral to see the Space Shuttle launch, this was a 75 mile 75 minute drive. Also visited Miami Beach which was delightful, and an easy 3h 40min drive down the Florida turnpike. Just make sure to use the right hand toll lanes if you dont have a Sun Pass! The Villa had all we needed and was very well stocked with towels, enough bin liners, a ball for the pool... all the things you dont really think about beforehand when you are more used to Hotels! Any issues were dealt with prompty and efficiently either by the owners or Alan the manager. Nothing was too much trouble. We really felt like we LIVED in Florida for the 2 weeks as we had a lovely house as our home base, and got to see much more of the area than we would if we stayed on resort. Would heartily recommend this lovely Villa to anyone! Thanks John and Barbara for helping to make our dream vacation even more unforgettable!

This was the prefect setup for the 8 of us. We wer able to go to whatever park we wanted during the day (Seaworld, Kennedy Space Center, Disney, the beach) and then come back to the pool to relax and rest for the the next day. I'd definately stay at a rented house again than pay the extra for a hotel on a resort...

We had a wonderful stay at your lovely Villa! We weren't there much because we were at the Disney theme parks all day (which were an easy drive to get to), but when we were there it was absolutely perfect for the seven of us. You were wonderful to work with and if we travel with seven or eight of us again we'll be back in touch!

We just wanted to let you know how much we enjoyed our holiday. The house was absolutely lovely and so clean. We all enjoyed the pool very much. It was very useful to have all the information you supplied, I don't think we would have ever found Macaroni Grill (a real favourite of ours), without your directions and Celebration was also a lovely spot that we wouldn't have visited without the suggestion.

We had a FANTASTIC time in Orlando! The fact that we stayed at your lovely villa made our stay much more enjoyable. We loved using the pool and spa every day...except a few days when we got home too late to do anything except flop into bed. We all agreed that staying together at the Lakeside villa was the best decision we made...much better than staying on property at Disney World. We also would not hesitate to recommend your vacation home to any of our family and friends who are planning a trip to Orlando. I only hope we can do a return trip soon! We also hope we have found new friends by getting to know the Whitesides through this experience. What delightful people, who were so agreeable to all our special needs. I hope we can return the favor in some way. The Mueller Family.

The house is beautiful, I love all the new decorations you have now, that were not here the last time we came. And of course, after a day of the parks, the highlight of Johnny's day is the pool. He is already telling us he wants to go back to the yellow house and wants it as his new home! We ask what he likes better - the pool or Disney - it is always the pool!

We had a great 'vacation' at your excellent villa. Peaceful and private but very close to all the attractions. Especially using some of your excellent shortcuts which meant missing the I-4 most days. John, we had a wonderful time in your Villa. It was just as you described and our family was very comfortable there. The pool was an obvious hit with children and adults alike. Our kids loved the Dolphin rooms/game room and the chill out room. We would definitely want to stay in your Villa in the future if we are fortunate enough to make it back down south. Very close to all of the theme parks and getting around was a breeze. Thanks for the hospitality. A++++++

A very enjoyable and relaxing vacation. Our boys' swimming skills greatly improved because they could swim daily. The distance from your villa to Disney was excellent. We were at the Park almost daily. This villa has everything. We went to Clearwater one day which took us little time for the fun that we had. We will stay here during our next trip to Disney.

Thank you for the use of your fabulous house for 12 wonderful nights! The girls really enjoyed the pool a lot, if we would have let them they would have been in the pool all night! The directions you gave us were excellent, very easy to follow & we had no trouble at all getting around. It is a lovely place, exactly like the pictures on your website and emailed to us. We especially liked having our own pool & spa. The location is great, real close to everything. We all did not want to leave or to see our Christmas Vacation to come to an end.

I can not tell you how much fun the kids had and how relaxed we were in your house. We had the best time, and I am sure that you hear it all the time but my husband and I agree that the kids would have rather stayed every day at your house than go to the parks. They would ask us every day when we were going home so they could go swimming and play in the game room. We were actually able to keep the surprise from them until Thanksgiving morning when we woke them at 5:00am and told them to look outside a Limo was waiting for them to take them to a secret destination. It will be forever etched in our minds how they reacted and the look of joy. It was incredible. And then to come to such a wonderful villa, who could ask for a better vacation.
