The condo is adjacent to a small picturesque bridge, the only entry way to the upmarket Isle of Capri section of Treasure Island in which the condo is located. The building sits across from a picturesque tree filled park with winding foot paths and tennis courts.
The setting is exceptional; it looks like what Florida was meant to be, tropical and tranquil. No concrete high-rise buildings in sight, not one. But you are still steps from the widest beach on the Gulf Coast and all the activity on Gulf Boulevard. John's Pass Village waterside boardwalk with its cafes, boutiques, galleries, and restaurants is within walking distance. There are many fine local restaurants featuring American and Continental cuisine. Busch Gardens Theme Park is a 50 minute drive to Tampa.
