This house is all about charm, comfort, and location. Newly renovated and thoughtfully decorated, this house is squeaky clean. It has fresh paint, refinished floors, all new appliances, new mattresses and box springs, and a nicely landscaped lot. There is also a nice private stone patio for outdoor dining and a private enclosed outdoor shower.
The house is located 4 blocks from the beach, two blocks from the playground and tennis courts, and two blocks from town. It is close to everything and convenient for everyone in the family, no matter what your interests. Restaurants, shopping, ice cream, the carousel, and beach are all an easy walk from your door. Even the Oak Bluffs ferry terminal is a short walk away. Cars are nice, and you have guaranteed off street parking, but you can definitely get away without one here.
