Kitchen, about 20 x 30, is fully equipped with all cooking utensils and small appliances as well as two sinks, two dishwashers, large refrig, washer and dryer, double ovens, microwave. Everyday as well as formal dinnerware, table linens, glassware provided.
10 X 40 foot covered lanai, extra patio tables and chairs, pool and deck lounges. Ideal for entertaining. Outdoor gas fired BBQ and serving area. Grounds and house immaculately maintained. Flowers abound.
Security, gardening, pool, pest control services provided. Water, cable TV, wireless internet paid. Wireless telephones, fax, copier, scanner, printer also provided.
Available October through May by season, month or week. One week minimum.
