8 X 40 foot covered lanai, extra patio tables and chairs, pool and deck lounges. Ideal for entertaining. Outdoor gas fired BBQ and serving area. Grounds and house immaculately maintained. Flowers abound.
Security, gardening, pool, pest control services provided. Water, cable TV, wireless internet paid. Wireless telephones, fax, copier, scanner, printer also provided.
