We enjoyed our stay at this lovely condo unit on the beach. It was clean, well-maintained, and just as advertised, as well as being beautifully decorated and very comfortable. We loved dinner at the Half Shell Oyster House in Biloxi, our waiter was so friendly and the food and wine were delicious. We wish there was a walking path from the condo to the beach- we had to squeeze around the condo gate and then cross a busy road with small children. However, that did not prevent us from having fun on the sand and playing in the shallow water. The Gulf Coast is still showing a few signs of Hurricane Katrina- some empty foundations and a lack of restaurants (really we just could not find an ice cream place!) but overall the area looks great and was bustling. We drove into New Orleans to visit family and the French Quarter- it took about 90 minutes to get there. We also visited the NASA Infinity Space Center in Slidell, which was very kid friendly, and we got a bus tour of the rocket stands there. Thank you for a very nice experience!Recommended for: Age 55+, families with young children.
Owner response: Thank you Allison for the "thumbs up" report on our condo. I enjoyed meeting your family, hope to have you back soon. Janine Donelon

We rented this condo for Thanksgiving Holidays to spend with our family for our 39th anniversary. The unit is very comfortable and is beautifully decorated. Having 3 bedrooms with each having a private bath was a big plus. It is a corner unit so the balcony was very spacious. The view and convenience of the beach was great and the property was very well kept. We had a great time and plan to rent this condo again if it is available.Recommended for: Age 55+, families with young children, girls getaway.

The property was exactly as described and shown in the pictures. The decor was very masculine with the leather recliners, sofa and large flat-screen tv. Perfect for 4 guys on a golfing vacation. Everything we needed was on hand including 2 coffee-makers, new large capacity washer and dryer, and a wet bar. It would be equally suited for a girl's getaway or a family vacation. The property is located on the west end of Gulfport making it convenient to Biloxi and as well as Gulfport. You can take your pick of a dozen or more great golf courses nearby with each having very reasonable rates. We played The Grand Bear, The Oaks and Windance and would relish the opportunity of playing each of them again. Janine's husband Jay was gracious enough to make our tee times for us and we received excellent treatment. He even went as far as providing us with current weather and course conditons several times. We enjoyed some great meals and would definately suggest you try "Bacchus" and "The Blow-Fly Inn" in Gulfport. Our trip was a huge success and made very easy and affordable by Janine and Jay. They went the extra mile to insure that we had everything we needed and helped in every imaginable way. Thank you so much. If you are planning a trip to this area, do yourself a favor and book this property. You will not be disappointed.Recommended for: Adventure seekers, age 55+, romantic getaway, families with teenagers, families with young children, girls getaway, sightseeing.

We had a wonderful time while staying at this property. Our manager was very easy to work with and always very helpful with any questions we had. The condo is very clean, nice and spacious. We loved watching the sunsets from our balcony. There are so many activities available close to this property. Some of our family enjoyed parasailing, touring the area including the library, art shops, lighthouse, seafood restaurants. The grandkids enjoyed the go-cart track, put-put golf and the swimming pool. We also saw the Jefferson Davis home. A day trip to tour New Orleans was also enjoyable. We visited Jackson Square, the French Market area and several shops there. The Gulfport/Biloxi area is so full of history and exciting things to do. I would recommend this to anyone as there is so much to see and do.Recommended for: Adventure seekers, age 55+, people with disabilities, tourists without a car, pet owners, romantic getaway, families with teenagers, families with young children, girls getaway, sightseeing.

We were extremely pleased with our recent stay. I go to the beach a few times a year, always staying in a condo. This is the nicest condo I've ever rented. It is a very roomy 3BR/3Bath that looks just like pictures with comfortable furniture in the living area and bedrooms. During our stay we enjoyed the outdoor and indoor pools. I highly recommend this condo.Recommended for: Age 55+, people with disabilities, families with teenagers, girls getaway.

first of all let me thank the kaupp's for allowing my family and freinds to stay in there lovely condo. from the moment we arrived at the property we knew we were in for a treat.as soon as we walked in we were in awe with the open floor plan and the ample leather furniture which led you straight to the balcony with an amazing view of the gulf (a great place to start the day with your coffee and end it with a cocktail talking about the days activities) . all 3 of the bedrooms were very roomy and very comfortable and with each having there own private bath was a blessing especilly when your trying to get 8 adults ( 5 of which were women) ready for a night on the town. for the golfers out there we played 3 courses all within 30 -45 minutes from the condo , windance country club, diamond head and bay st. louis all of which were fairly priced and all nice courses , there are closer ones (next door) but we wanted to get out of the coastal winds a bit , if gambling is what you do (like our wives) the beau rivage is at the top of the list and for the sun gods and goddesses (like the 4 adult kids we had with us) out there pack a cooler a quick walk across beach blvd to your lounge chairs and the beach rentals and when you get hungry its just as short a walk back to the condo . if great seafood is what your after i would highly recommened steves marina , just a 15 minute drive west on beach blvd (hindsight being 20/20 i would eat dinner here everynite and order something different each night , its that good). mikes speak easy (laid back) , shaggys (very crowded) were also stops on our culinary tour. we had a wonderful 4 days on this trip and we will be back to the gulf coast hopefully in legacy condo 609Recommended for: Adventure seekers, age 55+, romantic getaway, families with teenagers, families with young children, girls getaway, sightseeing.
