I stayed in this condo this past winter with some friends and we were all very satisfied and happy with everything. It was our first trip to Brazil and we really fell in love with Rio. The condo location is perfect and John the owner was very helpful. We found it a plus that the owner is American.

We - a family of 6 - had a very good stay in the condo in October 2011. The condo is spacious and very well equipped. The rental process was very smooth and both our arrival and departure went very well with good help from the ownerand the condo manager. The pictures of the condo, as presented on the website are very accurate, and the condo is very well maintained and clean. We will recommend the condo anytime

The owner of this fine apartment described it very well and was extremely helpful in making the rental process as smooth as possible. The apartment is very well apointed and to say the accomodation is comfortable would be an understatement. Would recommend without hesitation.

Sou Medica moro em Minas Gerais. Vou ao Rio de Janeiro 3 a 4 vezes ao ano para convenções medicas ou férias. Gosto de viajar com meu marido e meu filho me sentindo mais confortável em um apartamento do que em um hotel. Recomendo este apartamento devido ao local proximo as praias e pontos turísticos alem de ser super bem equipado e decorado. Os propietários são super gentis e atenciosos.

I am a New York based frequent traveler to Brazil, and often go to Sao Paulo for business and Rio for pleasure. (Although the Rio economy is picking up substantially due to the World Cup, Olympics and offshore oil discoveries.) I met the owners of the flat four years ago and they suggested I rent from them. Since then I have always stayed at the flat and consider it my home away from home in Rio. The flat is centrally located at the end of Copecabana and has wonderful amenities. The building has friendly doormen. Ipanema beach is a ten minute walk, Copecabana a stonesthrow. The bedrooms are pristine quiet and comfortable. The living space is expansive allowing ample opportunity for socializing. The internet always works well, which I find can be elusive in Brazil at times. The kitchen is magnificent, a testament to the owner's restaurant experience in the US. I brought my entire family here last year for a week's vacation and it was one of our favorite trips ever. The owners are very conscientious and easy to work with.

This condo is amazing! It is very spacious, comfortable and has absolutely everything you need. We did allot of cooking and were very impressed with the quality of the kitchen supplies. It was perfect for our family. It's centrally located, close to the beaches, restaurants, grocery stores, shopping, and subway. I would highly recommend staying here!

WOW!!! .... This condo is exceptional. Its convenient to everything, I walked everywhere from this location, to both Copacabana and Ipanema Beaches. The pictures really don't do this place justice. The apartment is very well maintained, clean, comfortable and spacious. The neighborhood was central and very safe. I felt like I was really living in Rio, I felt like a native. You will truly enjoy this home.

The location is tucked away and just around the corner from everything. Open the door, and feel like you lucked out. The pictures don't do it justice. See and do as much as you want, then come back, unwind, or recharge. It's an open living space, but has bedrooms you can retreat to. Not good beds, but great ones you look for labels on. Their drivers give insider know-how to getting around, and recommending your way to a better time. It's not a hotel, it's a home in Rio with the convenience all around you.

wow we had an amazing time in Rio. The condo pics don't do justice to actually being in that place , it has an open concept and windows galour . It felt like you were in your own home . John the owner had arranged for a maid that came everyday and cooked delicious breakfast for us,did laundry and ironed. It felt wonerful for a little cost we were pampered. We were nine of us five young adults two grandmas and us . 2 blocks away from Copocabana's beautiful beaches and a building with 24 hour doorman who was always smiling.We were in heaven. We felt very welcomed and Doni the caretaker was extremely friendly and yet only a phone call away .We all had fun vacation . I can never go back to Rio if we can't have this gorgeous apartment.Four spacious bedrooms with four full bathrooms . It felt like home and felt like no other vacation rental we have ever stayed at.Abrigada like the Brazilians would say for thankyou.Cheers!! We highly recommend this place to any one willing to be comfortable.

What a fabulous condo!!! The photos in the site don't give justice to the actual look of this place since it's really nicer. You will feel at home the moment you step inside. What more, it's centrally located, close to the beaches, restaurants, grocery stores, shopping, and subway. I will not hesitate staying here again when I get back to Rio de Janeiro and I highly recommend it to friends and family. The owner even arranged airport pickup to make sure that we won't be taken for a "ride" by dishonest cab drivers.

I just came back from 1 week at this apartment (Nov 2009) & highly recommend it. It's centrally located, just 2 blocks from Copacabana beach & a short walk away from Ipanema. You can find supermarkets, drugstores & bakeries all within a 1 block range. The apartment is very spacious & nicely decorated - it feels like you are staying at someone's home. It has all appliances one might need, including washer & dryer, which made our visit so much more easier & pleasant. I would love to stay there again.

We stayed here for the whole of July 2009, and I can only echo what other people have said - the place is great, centrally and conveniently located between Ipamema and Copacabana, has loads of room, a kitchen for people who cook and, if we return to Rio (which I expect we will), it'll be top of my list of places to stay next time.

What a fabulous girls get away vacation we had this past March! It was heaven to be able to soak up the sun for two weeks on the beutiful beaches of Rio with my three closest friends. This was our first visit and we were concerned about crime and safety. We found the condo location was perfect and strolled along Copacabana beach every night after dinner. I never feared walking by myself day or night. The beaches were very close and we could walk out the door to all the shopping and restaurants. The condo owner was outstanding to work with and he helped us with getting around Rio and even organized for us to go hand gliding. He could not have been more accommodating. The condo was amazing, clean, mordern, comtempory, spacious, beautifully furnished! We all fell in love with Rio and had a fantastic time filled with great memories. We would highly recommend this condo!!!

Thank you for making our stay in Rio so nice. My family and I could not have found a more perfect place to stay. Your condo is so clean and modern. It was great to be able to just walk out the door to shopping and restaurants. The proximity to the beach was a joy! Both my husband and I especially loved your fully equipped kitchen to cook in on the days/nights we just wanted to eat in. Arranging for someone to pick us up at the airport and driving us to Buzios was also very helpful. Thanks again. We were very impressed.

My husband and myself enjoyed this condo very much when we stayed there in June.We were pleasantly surprised when we first walked into the condo because the photos from the web site don't do it justice. This place is beautiful and spacious. We felt right at home with all the furnishings being so upscale and comfortable. The owner arranged for a personal driver to drive us on sightseeing tours which we felt was a very nice touch. We will reccommend this condo to all our friends. Length of stay 10 days in June 2008.

GREAT PLACE TO STAY. I have stayed at this condo for three years in a row for a month each time. This place has the best quality of comforts and one of the largest condos I have ever seen in Rio. Two mintue walk to the beach in a safe area of Copacabana near to Ipanema.The owner is very nice to do business with.I highly recommend this condo.

I had a perfect vacation in Rio. Apartment is exactly as described. Top of the line furnishings and amenities. Owner was extremely helpful in making arrangements and answered any and all questions that I had. Apartment is in an ideal location for people who want to enjoy Copacabana and Ipanema areas. Fabulous Luxury Rental

As an employee at a major airline, I have travelled around the world and have stayed in many short term rental suites and find they are all quite sterile and unwelcoming. I knew I'd be flying in and out of Rio for a few weeks so I rented this condo while I was in town. The owner was easy to get a hold of and very friendly. When I arrived I couldnt have been more pleased! The apartment was immaculate and in such a great location. The quality of the furniture, art, linens and attention to detail are unheard of in a vacation rental. I highly recommend this rental to families, couples or a group of people looking to vacation in an exotic location! You will not be disappointed.
