Charming, "French Country"- decorated, four-bedroom, Non-Smoking, vacation home in Wintergreen Resort, Virginia. In a premier location just off Devil’s Knob Loop at the top of the mountain, amenities include Wintergarden spa only a few minutes away (within walking distance if you prefer), skiing, tubing, two golf courses, indoor/outdoor pool and whirlpools, tennis, hiking, summer music concerts, and Lake Monocan with swimming dock. A/C unit has just been added to the upstairs. We also now have DSL! We are Wintergreen members so you will enjoy passes and access to all the facilities including the pools, spa, golf, lake, and of course, skiing.
Living/Dining area with fireplace, kitchen includes stove, dishwasher, and microwave. Laundry room with washer and dryer. Master bedroom includes stone fireplace and sitting area. Two full baths, two TV's, one with DVD/VCR, videos, cable on both TV’s. Deck off living/dining area with table, chairs, and couch; upstairs deck off master bedroom. Small libraries of videos, board games, and books. Mountains can be seen in the winter from behind the house.
You'll find two loose-leaf binders in the house with many brochures on activities and restaurants in both Wintergreen and the surrounding areas.

My family and friends have been going to Wintergreen for the last couple of years and spent some wonderful time relaxing. This house has become our home away from home. It is cozy enough to be home but large enough to handle my family. Thanks Julia for letting us share your home.

My little 4 person family stayed here over 4th of July and Loved it. Julia was so fast in getting our last minute plan together and made it all feel effortless. The place was much bigger than we needed but still, the price was right. It was so quiet. Fully appointed kitchen (the only thing I had to gripe about was that I should always bring my sharp kitchen knife to these home rentals as there is never a good knife at any of these, for some reason..but that's my fault, I should know better : )) The kids loved hiking around on the nearby trails, swimming at the owners pool, eating cotton candy at the resort, and the resort fireworks were so amazing! We would definitly stay again and bring anouther small family of friends with us. Maybe this winter? Many thanks, Julia!

This house is an absolutely perfectly place for any family or intimate party! The house is big enough to provide everyone a bit of privacy, but small enough to keep everyone together. The interior is impeccably decorated, with a genuinely homely feel. The owners are a dream to work with; responsible, understanding and charming. The house was a beautiful respite within the Wintergreen Resort. The house had lots of room and was clean and well equiped for a great get-away. Our family loved it. It was secluded, but a very close drive to all Wintergreen's amenities and even within walking distance of the swimming pools. The owners are very thoughtful and very personable. We thoroughly enjoyed our summer time there, and hope to return during ski season!

Julia, We had a wonderful time at Wintergreen. We got good weather & good skiing. Your home is lovely. Thank you for renting it to all of us. It was plenty of space for all of us and it is very warm. I like all your curtains in each room.

Let me compliment you on your wonderful, relaxing house. We all had such a good time that we literally didn't want to leave! Everybody was so pleasantly surprised by the house and it's charm and of course, I took all the credit for picking such a nice place :)!
