This two bedroom condominium in the golf course community of Pointe Royale has been extensively remodeled in 2007. The fully-equipped kitchen offers cherry cabinetry, granite countertops, and stainless-steel appliances. The living room boasts an inviting wood-burning fireplace with slate stone surround, comfy sofas (including a queen sleeper) and has direct access to a wonderful screened-in porch. Your private wooded view is of the bluffs overlooking Lake Taneycomo! The indoor and outdoor pools and clubhouse with restaurant are just a block away!
This is a walk-in unit with four steps, so you won't have to carry your heavy groceries or luggage up and down an entire flight of stairs! The master bedroom suite has a king-sized bed and also has direct access to the screened porch. There is an oversized walk-in shower in the master bath. The second bedroom has a queen sized bed and access to the hall bath. There are two flat-screen TVs (in the master bedroom and living room) as well as wireless internet, an ipod dock and Playstation 2. All the furniture and appliances are new as well as the cherry flooring, ceramic tile, and new carpeting. Stay in luxury. No other rental unit compares! Why the Owner Chose Branson
We bought and renovated this condo as our second home-away-from-home. We visited Branson and loved it, especially the lakes around the area and all of the activites for the kids. We plan on retiring in the Branson area. When we are not using our condo, we rent it to families that enjoy staying in luxury units while on vacation and like all the comforts of home.
The Unique Benefits at this Condominium
We have extensively renovated the unit when we bought it in 2007. Everything is new, from the windows, sliding doors, flooring, cabinets, door handles, countertops, appliances...you name it. We bought the unit because there are only a few stairs to climb (4) and it is about a block from the clubhouse and pool. We love the quiet views of the wooded bluff overlooking Lake Taneycomo on our screened porch-what a great place to relax and have a morning coffee or read the paper!
We are about 1 block away from the clubhouse, indoor and outdoor pools, and the tennis courts.
Fishermen can access Lake Taneycomo for fly-fishing within Pointe Royale.
Boat and water sport rentals. Access to Table Rock Lake. Branson Belle Showboat nearby.

Thanks for your response Gabby. We do have top of the line Sealy Posturpedic and Stearn and Foster mattresses on our beds which were purchased in 2007. They do tend to be on the softer side.

I can't say enough good things about this condo. Great location, very clean, very spacious, and just a very nice place to stay. The beds were very comfortable, the kitchen was beautiful, loved the washer and dryer, and most of all the screened-in porch. This condo is located just across the street from the clubhouse where you will find the swimming pool, tennis courts, and the golf course. Point Royale is located away from the busy traffic of the strip but close enough to get to any attraction in a short period of time. I have stayed in many condos in Branson and this is by far the nicest place I have stayed. My family loved this condo and we will be returning. I would highly recommend this condo to all ages. It is a walk in unit and has no stairs. We had our grandbaby with us and it was a very kid friendly condo. Thank you Sandy for all of your help and very quick response to any questions that I had. We hope to be contacting you again soon!

This is a fabulous condo! Very elegant, yet homey and comfortable. The owners have not overlooked any detail to ensure that you have a pleasant stay. Really enjoyed the screened-in deck. It is nice that the parking is just steps from the front door; helps when you have alot of packages to carry in! Point Royale is a great location. Very convenient to all that Branson has to offer. Really just a matter of minutes from everything. Then you come back to such a peaceful, serene location surrounded by lush greenery and water views. Being a gated community is an added plus! We have been going to Branson every year since 1989. We have stayed in alot of motels/hotels. Many that have been very nice. But there is no comparison when you can get such a lovely "home" with alot of square footage and all the comforts of home! I highly recommend this condo to all that read this review as well as our family and friends. Sandy was such a pleasure to work with. I know that we will be "regulars." This condo was just perfect for our family. Everything is in perfect condition. There was plenty of room in the two bedrooms for our family, and all of our stuff! The kitchen was very spacious and everything was easy to use. We loved the TV and had a great time playing the board games and dominos. Every day was started sitting on the screened-in back porch. So relaxing and hassle-free (no one had to watch the baby. He couldn't fall!) The condo is close enough to everything, but far enough away to take a breather. The swimming pool was so much fun, especially the toddler walk-in swimming area. Our 20-month old is still talking about going back to go 'va-ca-un' and 'schwimming'. Thank you so much for such a wonderful time. We will be back, and soon!
