This two bedroom condominium in the golf course community of Pointe Royale has been extensively remodeled in 2007. The fully-equipped kitchen offers cherry cabinetry, granite countertops, and stainless-steel appliances. The living room boasts an inviting wood-burning fireplace with slate stone surround, comfy sofas (including a queen sleeper) and has direct access to a wonderful screened-in porch. Your private wooded view is of the bluffs overlooking Lake Taneycomo! The indoor and outdoor pools and clubhouse with restaurant are just a block away!
This is a walk-in unit with four steps, so you won't have to carry your heavy groceries or luggage up and down an entire flight of stairs! The master bedroom suite has a king-sized bed and also has direct access to the screened porch. There is an oversized walk-in shower in the master bath. The second bedroom has a queen sized bed and access to the hall bath. There are two flat-screen TVs (in the master bedroom and living room) as well as wireless internet, an ipod dock and Playstation 2. All the furniture and appliances are new as well as the cherry flooring, ceramic tile, and new carpeting. Stay in luxury. No other rental unit compares! Why the Owner Chose Branson
We bought and renovated this condo as our second home-away-from-home. We visited Branson and loved it, especially the lakes around the area and all of the activites for the kids. We plan on retiring in the Branson area. When we are not using our condo, we rent it to families that enjoy staying in luxury units while on vacation and like all the comforts of home.
The Unique Benefits at this Condo
We have extensively renovated the unit when we bought it in 2007. Everything is new, from the windows, sliding doors, flooring, cabinets, door handles, countertops, appliances...you name it. We bought the unit because there are only a few stairs to climb (4) and it is about a block from the clubhouse and pool. We love the quiet views of the wooded bluff overlooking Lake Taneycomo on our screened porch-what a great place to relax and have a morning coffee or read the paper!
We are about 1 block away from the clubhouse, indoor and outdoor pools, and the tennis courts.
Fishermen can access Lake Taneycomo for fly-fishing within Pointe Royale.
Boat and water sport rentals. Access to Table Rock Lake. Branson Belle Showboat nearby.

Beautiful condo...includes all the necessities and then some! I would recommend this condo as it was very clean, and beautifully appointed. Took along my in laws who were in their 80's and they raved over it. Loved the screened in porch....cozy and comfy! We had a great time.....and would return again! The directions that were included with the packet were so helpful, owners were great to work with....very quick to respond to any and all questions! Laura

Christmas visit to Branson with my wife & 4 year old, with the 2nd bedroom we were able to bring Grandma & Grandpa and really was a great experience being able to cook meals together in the beautiful kitchen. Owner response:Pointe Royale is a nice location. It is in a quiet neighborhood, yet still a close enough drive to the bustle of the strip. The indoor pool is just across the street from our condo so you don't even have to get in a car to enjoy the benefits of the clubhouse, pool, tennis courts, hot tub, etc.

I came here with my mom, sister, and grandma. This condo exceeded my expectations and thiers as well. I am very picky about where I stay and lay my head. I was completely comfortable with taking my shoes off and felt right at home here. It is VERY clean and nicely decorated! I highly recommend staying here and this will be the place we stay from now on when we come to Branson as long as it's still available to rent! The price is a plus also. Thanks Sandy!

The description of this condo was right on the mark; it was exquisite. The property was clean, well maintained, and Pam answered our call in our one time of need! I would highly recommend. The beds were wonderful---I am rather finickey about where I lay my head. My only regret is that we could not stay longer---only had a weekend to enjoy!
Recommended for:Girls getaway, age 55+.

The condo is beautiful, clean, well equipped and conveniently located. The clubhouse is located nearby and has an excellent workout facility and indoor/outdoor pool. The owner is very friendly, well organized and answered our questions promptly. Our security deposit was returned in full very quickly. We had a great time and are looking forward to going back again soon.

Condo was very nice and beautiful. Everything you need was available. Loved sitting on the porch and enjoying the weather. Thanks again and I definitely recommend staying here. Just a few minutes from the fish hatchery and convenient to all other locations.

Thank you for allowing us to stay in your condo, we had an excellent time there. The screened porch had to be our favorite part, especially in the evenings and early mornings. Very quiet and peaceful setting.You have everything a person could need in this condo. We felt very special and pampered in this condo. The beds are comfortable and the understated elegance of the decor in the entire condo makes you feel very comfy. We all enjoyed the beautiful glass & tile shower...amazing! It was so nice to be gone all day and come "home" to the ease and comfort of this condo. Went to the great pools, watched DVD's, and played games. Had a great time here and look forward to returning!! Sandy is great to communicate with and makes sure you have what you need. Thanks again Sandy!
Owner response:We enjoy our master shower as well. There is a handicap bar and teak bench for anyone needing extra assistance while in the shower. In addition to the DVD player, we also Playstation 2 for the kids (and adults!)

We enjoyed our week long stay in this beautiful Pointe Royale Condo. It was beautifully furnished. Very clean, quiet and comfortable. We usually stay in a hotel but this condo is much much better! This was our first time to rent and we were a little worried but Sandy answered all our questions and made everything so... so... smooth. We especially enjoyed drinking our morning coffee on the screened in patio. One morning my husband decided to try the trout fishing. Al, one of the neighbors at Pointe Royale recognized that he was a beginner and was kind enough to take time and show him a few things about fly fishing. He caught 3 trout and so now he is "hooked"! Our 2 year old grandson, Logan, came for 3 days along with his parents. Parking 2 vehicles was no problem. We went to Silver dollar city and Logan saw Dora & Diego. He was so excited! We also enjoyed swimming in the pool which was a short walk from the condo. We hope to return in the future and I would highly recommend renting this beautiful Branson condo from Sandy. It is also a few blocks from the fishing access so it is very convenient. The screened-in porch is our favorite as well. Not all of the rental condos have the screened-in feature. You also have privacy while on the porch since we back to the wooded bluffs overlooking the lake, so it is very relaxing!
