Perfect Branson Getaway Location!!!!

Christmas visit to Branson with my wife & 4 year old, with the 2nd bedroom we were able to bring Grandma & Grandpa and really was a great experience being able to cook meals together in the beautiful kitchen. Indoor Pool was a big hit with my son!!!! Location is centrally located to The Landing and Silver Dollar City... Thank you for sharing your condo, Todd Williams St. Louis Missouri

Owner response:Pointe Royale is a nice location. It is in a quiet neighborhood, yet still a close enough drive to the bustle of the strip. The indoor pool is just across the street from our condo so you don't even have to get in a car to enjoy the benefits of the clubhouse, pool, tennis courts, hot tub, etc.

I came here with my mom, sister, and grandma. This condo exceeded my expectations and thiers as well. I am very picky about where I stay and lay my head. I was completely comfortable with taking my shoes off and felt right at home here. It is VERY clean and nicely decorated! I highly recommend staying here and this will be the place we stay from now on when we come to Branson as long as it's still available to rent! The price is a plus also. Thanks Sandy!

The description of this condo was right on the mark; it was exquisite. The property was clean, well maintained, and Pam answered our call in our one time of need! I would highly recommend. The beds were wonderful---I am rather finickey about where I lay my head. My only regret is that we could not stay longer---only had a weekend to enjoy!

Point Royale Retreat

The condo is beautiful, clean, well equipped and conveniently located. The clubhouse is located nearby and has an excellent workout facility and indoor/outdoor pool. The owner is very friendly, well organized and answered our questions promptly. Our security deposit was returned in full very quickly. We had a great time and are looking forward to going back again soon.

Condo was very nice and beautiful. Everything you need was available. Loved sitting on the porch and enjoying the weather. Thanks again and I definitely recommend staying here. Just a few minutes from the fish hatchery and convenient to all other locations.

Thank you for allowing us to stay in your condo, we had an excellent time there. The screened porch had to be our favorite part, especially in the evenings and early mornings. Very quiet and peaceful setting.You have everything a person could need in this condo. We felt very special and pampered in this condo. The beds are comfortable and the understated elegance of the decor in the entire condo makes you feel very comfy. We all enjoyed the beautiful glass & tile shower...amazing! It was so nice to be gone all day and come "home" to the ease and comfort of this condo. Went to the great pools, watched DVD's, and played games. Had a great time here and look forward to returning!! Sandy is great to communicate with and makes sure you have what you need. Thanks again Sandy!

Owner response:We enjoy our master shower as well. There is a handicap bar and teak bench for anyone needing extra assistance while in the shower. In addition to the DVD player, we also Playstation 2 for the kids (and adults!)

Branson Pointe Royale Trip June 2010

We enjoyed our week long stay in this beautiful Pointe Royale Condo. It was beautifully furnished. Very clean, quiet and comfortable. We usually stay in a hotel but this condo is much much better! This was our first time to rent and we were a little worried but Sandy answered all our questions and made everything so... so... smooth. We especially enjoyed drinking our morning coffee on the screened in patio. One morning my husband decided to try the trout fishing. Al, one of the neighbors at Pointe Royale recognized that he was a beginner and was kind enough to take time and show him a few things about fly fishing. He caught 3 trout and so now he is "hooked"! Our 2 year old grandson, Logan, came for 3 days along with his parents. Parking 2 vehicles was no problem. We went to Silver dollar city and Logan saw Dora & Diego. He was so excited! We also enjoyed swimming in the pool which was a short walk from the condo. We hope to return in the future and I would highly recommend renting this beautiful Branson condo from Sandy. Owner response:Thank you! We do love the fact that our condo is across the street from the pool, clubhouse, and tennis courts! It is also a few blocks from the fishing access so it is very convenient. The screened-in porch is our favorite as well. Not all of the rental condos have the screened-in feature. You also have privacy while on the porch since we back to the wooded bluffs overlooking the lake, so it is very relaxing!

I had a medical emergency to come up with my dad to come up but my wife was able to stay here along with my daughter, her husband and two children. They enjoyed the condo and said it was very nice. Very complimentary of the view especially the screened in porch. As nice as any we have stayed at in our trips to Branson. Thanks to the owners for their hospitality and easy to deal with.

We stayed in this condo for the last 2 weeks of Oct. and enjoyed ourselves very much. Everything was spotless, & every detail was taken care of. We enjoyed spending time sitting on the deck overlooking the river (the leaves were magnificent colors) and it was a quiet relaxing "retreat". Close to the action of the strip, & shopping but a haven to return to the peace and quiet. The condo itself is very tastefully decorated and we would highly recommend it! Thank-you for sharing it!

This was our family's first trip to Branson, and looking back on it all, this condo was definitely the icing on the cake. The complex and condo were very easy to find. The location was minutes from the strip, but far enough away to keep out of all the traffic. The condo was beautiful and very clean. The kitchen was well equipped and also very clean. The screened in patio was wonderful. We spent a lot of time enjoying nature without the bugs. We kept very busy during our stay, and it was so nice to be able to come "home" for the kids' naps and at night. We loved being able to put the boys down in their own bedroom while we relaxed in the living room or on the patio. We were so comfortable that our three year old refers to the condo as "our new house." Thank you for a wonderful stay. We look forward to visiting again.

Our stay at this condo was just wonderful! We had five adults on our stay and there was plenty of room for everyone to spread out and just enjoy everything. The condo is so beautifully decorated and very accommodating for my mother who is disabled and needed the walk-in shower. The screened in patio was a wonderful place to just relax at almost anytime of the day. I would definitely recommend this condo if you plan on staying in Branson. It is close to everything you need, but away from the traffic on the strip. The owners are quick to respond and wonderful to work with! Thank you Sandy for such a wonderful stay. Beautiful condo...includes all the necessities and then some! I would recommend this condo as it was very clean, and beautifully appointed. Took along my in laws who were in their 80's and they raved over it. Loved the screened in porch....cozy and comfy! We had a great time.....and would return again! The directions that were included with the packet were so helpful, owners were great to work with....very quick to respond to any and all questions! Laura

The condo was great! We enjoyed the look of the modern kitchen and my kids thought the kitchen drawers were "cool" because they stopped and closed on their own. :-) It was a perfect space for us and the screened in porch was perfect! LOVED how big the shower was off of the main bedroom...very nice! If we had one issue it was with the master bed. It felt like it was well worn. My husband felt like he was in a crater. Other than the bed, everything was just great! Look forward to staying there again.

I can't say enough good things about this condo. Great location, very clean, very spacious, and just a very nice place to stay. The beds were very comfortable, the kitchen was beautiful, loved the washer and dryer, and most of all the screened-in porch. This condo is located just across the street from the clubhouse where you will find the swimming pool, tennis courts, and the golf course. Point Royale is located away from the busy traffic of the strip but close enough to get to any attraction in a short period of time. I have stayed in many condos in Branson and this is by far the nicest place I have stayed. My family loved this condo and we will be returning. I would highly recommend this condo to all ages. It is a walk in unit and has no stairs. We had our grandbaby with us and it was a very kid friendly condo. Thank you Sandy for all of your help and very quick response to any questions that I had. We hope to be contacting you again soon!

Memorable Branson Family Vacation

This property feels just like home! I can't say enough. It was perfect for our family of 6. The gated community of Pointe Royale is beautiful. The condo is very easy to find from the gate, very well appointed, spotlessly clean, and the upgrades are beautiful too. The location is perfect, off the beaten path, surrounded by trees, lake, golf course, and walking distance to the pool and club house. Yet only a 10 minute drive to every attraction in town. The owners are terrific, and wonderful to work with. We had so much fun in Branson. So much to see and do that we've already booked our next stay! Thank you Sandy for being so terrific, and accomodating to our family's needs.

This is a fabulous condo! Very elegant, yet homey and comfortable. The owners have not overlooked any detail to ensure that you have a pleasant stay. Really enjoyed the screened-in deck. It is nice that the parking is just steps from the front door; helps when you have alot of packages to carry in! Point Royale is a great location. Very convenient to all that Branson has to offer. Really just a matter of minutes from everything. Then you come back to such a peaceful, serene location surrounded by lush greenery and water views. Being a gated community is an added plus! We have been going to Branson every year since 1989. We have stayed in alot of motels/hotels. Many that have been very nice. We stayed in this unit last November and we had a blast. We stayed here with some friends and we had 3 young kids. It was awesome, kids loved it.... we all loved. My fav thing was enjoying my cup of coffee out on the back porch before everyone woke up. It was nice to have the room and the kitchen. Country breakfast every morning we were there thanks to my hubby. We will definatly stay again and again and again.
