Looking for a vacation of a lifetime? Come and relax in Raymond on pristine Panther Pond. Enjoy the deck and the hammock overlooking the water with loons and blue herons. There is a great back yard with plenty of lawn space for the kids to play games or catching some rays in a lounge chair. This lakefront house is bigger than it looks, well suited for 2 families. It is tastefully decorated, spacious and recently renovated. Our dead-end street is a safe place for kids to walk or bike. A boat ramp is available on the street (boat size 19 feet or less). The house is on a calm, protected cove; the water is not too deep but gradual (six feet the deepest part). Most people will prefer swimming at the beautiful private sandy beach (200 yards away, visible from the house)using 2 very stable tandem fiberglass sea kayaks or 1 canoe or 5 person pedal boat, as there is underwater vegetation off our dock area. The owners live only 20 minutes away if help is needed.

June 26th,2010 to end of September: 1,500/week
A wk is from Sat. to Saturday, no wk-end rental accepted
50% of wk rental needed to reserve the cottage.
Additional charges of 8.5% Maine State Lodging Tax
$100.00 Cleaning fee
$500 security deposit required
If more than 8 guests are approved, additional fees will be assessed.
