The beaches are incredible, great restaurants, great shopping, laid back people, great night life, a special charm that you don't find in many places, You can do so many activities, or seclude yourself from the rest of the world. So many things to do if you are single, a couple, or Family with Children.... the city offers it all!!!... Incredible!!!

The Condo is in one of the most Photographed buildings in SOBE. Completely art Deco from the outside, and very modern from the inside.. Everything is new, and comfortable! You will want to come back!!

We are a family of four. My Husband and I with 2 beautiful kids. We have purchased this unique property on Ocean Drive in South Beach in 2005, and went through an extensive interior remodeling project. The main idea was to have the best place in the best location for us to get away whenever we want to, and to rent it out when not in use!
You will fall in love with the condo, the views from every window and balcony, the historic building, the location across from the beach, and the charm and energy that the city has!

4 of us stayed for the week in April 2011. Everything was great, as advertised. Calvin at the front desk was very helpful with check in. All the front desk staff were great actually. Ocean view from every room, clean, modern and remodeled. Best place to stay is SoBe for sure! Thank you to the owners for renting their property.

We spent eight wonderful nights in August as a last big family vacation together. Our three grown children and my wife wanted to be right on Ocean Drive on the best beach in the US, and this was perfect for us. The condo was one of the few accommodations on Ocean Drive to have a balcony with a wonderful view of the activity and beach. The condo was very spacious with a full kitchen and huge master bath. Was spotlessly clean and newly remodeled with none of the musty smells common to Art Deco hotels. There was excellent separation between the master bedroom and second bedroom and bath for added privacy. The beach chairs and umbrella were also very handy to have. Additional benefit was it had the best assigned gated parking space in the building all for free. Would definitely return again if our schedules could all come together. One thing to remember if renting is that it is totally self catering, which means if arriving at night you should stop at the grocery for basic supplies first. Fortunately there is a Publix within a six minute drive near Fifth and Alton Rd for all your needs. You could easily get by without a car considering all of the excellent restaurants nearby. No need to look far, as the best restaurants are right outside the condo. 20 minute walk to Lincoln Rd and shopping and restaurants. Was just far enough from the loud noise to get a good nights sleep, but we never went to bed early, as we were having too much fun.

Stayed for 5 days in October w/ my best friend for our 30th birthday! I am so glad i picked this condo. The location couldnt of been better! In the middle of everything. Resturant downstairs was great and they even gave us a extra 20% off for being a guest =) ALSO balcony view is terrific! Didnt use our car once! I DEFINETLY RECOMMEND!!

My friends and I have stayed in some very nice hotels when we vacation together every year. We decided to go with a condo and make this trip to Miami beach a little cheaper this time. It could not have worked out better! We were very impressed with this centrally located condo in a very nice and laid back complex. First, the location could not be any better, with restaurants on both sides and the beach right across from us with amazing views from each window. If you really want to experience South Beach, this is the place to stay. Second, the interior of this condo is beautiful...each room is decorated very nicely and also has modern appliances. Third, the price is right!! Not a bad deal at all for the great time we had!!

I have just returned from my trip to South Beach. I was anxious to get back and write a review. The unit was a great place to stay. The location was amazing. The staff was very friendly. We had 5 girls stay here for a batchelorette party in April and had a fabulous time! The location is perfect. There is plenty of space for 4-5 people to stay comfortably and not feel crowded. The only problem any of us experienced was that there was no full length mirror in the unit.
